House holiday rentals in Marikina City

We loved the bright, open modern design of the place. There was plenty of room for several people to stay in comfort. Gated community and a walled in yard so very safe. It was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor patio area is large and great for parties and the pool is very nice, the kids loved it. There are 2 large malls within a few minutes so it is a good location. Would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Lovely reader's I was coming the first time to Manila and I am glad that I have seen QC it is interesting there and you can find a place for winding down. Glyza is kind and helped me a lot as I mentioned above it was my first time in the Philipines and she supported me a lot :D The flat is amazing you have a balcony and a interesting view from there. Additionally, the most important thing is for myself a mattress in a hotel or apartment and yes I did like the mattress and I slept great :) Thank you for reading that comment and enjoy the stay in Manila :D

Di ka rin mahihirapan maghanap ng food kasi may grocery and convenience store paglabas ng lobby. I would recommend this place lalo na if need nyo ng place na maoagstay-an if may event sa big dome and new frontier theater.

Cedric always responds quickly to my questions and concerns even though I booked the place the night before my stay. He was still able to provide the concise instructions on checking in and out within the short amount of time. The free parking space was definitely a plus point for me. Checking in and out was so quick it didnt even take 5 minutes. The bed is soft and the pillows are fluffy. I just thought it would be better to have an extra blanket provided instead of just 1. We enjoyed the PS4 and I was able to work efficiently with their fast Wifi. The CR is also very clean, complete with toiletries except toothbrushes (I was informed prior to checking in). Overall, we had a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient stay. There is also a mall on the ground flr, complete with restaurants, banks, and convenience stores. The place is also near malls, parks, and food bazaars, all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

Our booking was unplanned due to a sudden change in schedule and an early event near the property. I made a reservation around 7 PM and received a prompt response within minutes. The transaction was smooth, and the house was ready by 10 PM. We arrived around 11 PM, but unfortunately, we got locked out while unloading our things. Thankfully, they had spare keys and staff available to assist us. Great service overall!

Ms. Suzi was very responsive to all my questions before booking and check-in, which made the whole process smooth and easy. My friend and I arrived a bit earlier than expected, and they kindly allowed us to check in early. The location is a bit remote, but it’s very peaceful—perfect if you’re looking to relax and unwind. Just be sure to bring all the essentials you’ll need for your stay. The house comfortably sleeps 16 people, and it was just the right size for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the rooms were cool and comfortable—great for a good night’s rest. We were well-assisted throughout our stay, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Staying at Loida’s place was really convenient and made our wedding prep easy and beautiful. The old house is well maintained and has a very homey vibe. The French windows and doors, the garden and the interiors of the house made it feel like home. The stay was comfortable with the ACU installed in the ground floor and each of the bedrooms. The host was also very sweet and thoughtful, who welcomed us with a gift for our wedding. The caretakers are also very kind and always ready to help. Almost like having your own grandma around. The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

Our holiday was extra special all thanks to Ma’am Linda’s home! It is perfect for our family, accommodating kids, teens, and adults effortlessly. It was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming the moment we arrived. All furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were relatively new and kitchenware was impressively complete, making meal preparations a breeze. We particularly appreciated the high-quality air conditioning throughout the house. The well-thought-out layout made it easy for us to come together for family activities while also enjoying private downtime when needed in the rooms. The added touches, such as cozy bedding, thoughtful decor, and little conveniences like ample power outlets and fast Wi-Fi, truly made this a standout stay. The outdoor space was also a highlight—perfect for morning coffee or late-night chats. Beautiful home in Antipolo that was exactly as described, and it was appointed with everything you could possibly need. Aircon worked well, hot showers, comfortable beds, and a beautiful pool. The place was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive if we had questions. We will definitely book here again!

It feels really in the country when entered. Especially the smell, very fresh, especially when you're grilling. It's worth it kc you can save on transpo because it's really within meters. Super place and rooms! She's perfect for me especially if I'm really artistic. Exceeded my expectation! Patrick was soo nice and I didn't rush to pay for additional heads. Perfect!

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

The place is great. My cousins and I enjoyed our stay there. The place is easy to find and the community is a guarded area. Nakakatuwa pa kasi the place is complete. Kumpleto sa pang luto, mag mga plates, glasses, and utensils, knives… highly recommended.
