Holiday rentals with beach access in Marigot

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

Laure’s villa was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation for me and my boyfriend. The villa is very private and offers amazing views of the water. Every morning we walked to the local bakery where they offer amazing pastries and sandwiches. There is also an Italian restaurant that is in walking distance from the villa that we went to twice. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island and the different beaches. Our favorite was mullet bay! Also, we spent a day at Loterie Farm and it did not disappoint! We rented a cabana at the pool and even saw some monkeys! Finally, we rented a private boat through captain Jo and it was the highlight of our trip! We got to explore several small islands off of st Martin and learn history about the island and went to three great snorkeling spots. We will definitely be back to stay at Laure’s villa again. It was exactly how it looks in pictures and Laure was a great host. If you’re looking for a private, beautiful villa this is your spot!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à St-Martin du 26 février au 5 mars, 2025. Le logement ou nous demeurions faisait en sorte que nous nous sentions un peu comme un résident, un local de Marigot. Nous savions que Jean-Louis était toujours prêt à nous répondre si nous avions des questions. Marigot, à peine 10 minutes de marche nous offrait une panoplie de restos, de marchés divers (mardi surtout). A notre départ et à notre demande, Jean-Louis a même fait les arrangemtens pour nous avoir un taxi qui nous a reconduit à l'aéroport. Merci St-Martin et Jean-Louis pour ce beau séjour ... beaucoup trop court et qui a passé beaucoup trop rapidement. Martine & Roch

Loved this place! It was just as described. The beach was just steps from our building. It was great having them pick us up at the airport and take us back. We rented a car from them for just three days so we could go to other parts of the island but we were there for nine days. We could walk to all the great restaurants and shops so we didn’t waste money on a rental car the rest of the time. Can’t wait to go back and stay at the same place.

Amazing place! The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier, which was very convenient. The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay: it was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. It felt very homely and comfortable. Highly recommend to everyone!

Muy lindo el departamento (bonita decoración) , todo limpio, ordenado y además huele rico, todo tal cual las fotos. Tiene todo lo que especifica en el anuncio y varios extras que valoré muchísimo : unos pareos super lindos que se pueden usar en la playa, una sombrilla, un bolso de playa, un par de gorros, un par de cargadores para celular/otros, una raqueta eléctrica para mosquitos, lavadora de platos con detergente específico, lavadora de ropa con detergente (yo compré mi suavizante), tostadora, cafetera, hervidora, parlantito bluetooth, muchas peliculas y series disponibles en la tele... Además siempre contestan rápidamente y con buena onda lo que se les pregunta. :) Definitivamente regresaría.

Loved everything about our stay! It was beautiful and clean and in a great location to the beach and restaurants. Gilles and Daphnee were great hosts. If we ever travel back to st marten I would book through them again.

We hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad! Het huisje is functioneel en compleet ingericht – alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig. Marie is super vriendelijk, toegankelijk en heel lief – we voelden ons meteen welkom. Het enige kleine minpuntje zijn de terrasmeubels; die zouden wat comfortabeler mogen. Maar verder niets dan lof – een echte aanrader!

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

superbe emplacement, au calme tout en étant à proximité de nombreux bars et restaurants. coquette maisonnette très bien équipée avec ses petits jardins arborés, un petit paradis. Je recommande à 100%, hâte d'y retourner.

Large house with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to Friars Beach, which is where we spent a lot of of our time. That is a huge advantage. Friendly community as well. Sebastien was a very responsive and friendly host. Thank you for our stay!

I had an amazing stay in Saint Martin. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The view from the pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing and soaking in the beauty of the island. Jerome was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking again.

Nous avons passé 10 jours d’un séjour idéal. Logement très bien situé dans une zone superbe , calme et pleine d’attraits avec la proximité de la baie orientale, la reserve naturelle, Grand Case, etc.. rapidement accessibles en voiture. Carole et Christophe sont des hôtes charmants, tres à l’écoute, ils nous ont aidé à prendre nos repères dans la zone et sont d’excellents conseils. Logement très agréable, fonctionnel, calme, en tout point conforme au descriptif. Parking devant la porte, appréciable quand on rayonne beaucoup comme nous. Nous recommandons vivement.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The swimming pool was so nice and refreshing after a long day at the beach, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. It was also so fun to see the iguanas that would show up on the deck—they were such a unique and entertaining part of the experience. Pierre was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay even better. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

We had a great stay at Laurence's place. It's a good balance between the distance to Marigot and being in a peaceful area. Her place is stocked with basic necessities for cooking, beach items and even with inventory needed for electricity shutdown or no running water.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

Jean Pierre is kind and helpful. helped me to carry the luggages upon check in and check out. The entrance is on a beach and have some stairs which would have been difficult without the help of Jean Pierre! the place is modern and well furnished and have everything you need. the view is spectacular and the beach is right in front so you can hear the sound of the sea while in the apartment. I love that! Its perfect for one person or a couple and I will be back again to my lovely St.Maarten and stay at this place if its available.

Cet appartement est exceptionnel ! Il surplombe la plage de Grand Case ; c’est magique… Vous êtes au calme, mais restez à quelques pas des restaurants et boutiques de Grand Case. Idéal pour une petite famille 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Le logement était très propre et très bien équipé. On a surtout apprécié l’accès direct et privé à la plage au pied de l’immeuble. Je recommande à 200% !

Sid a été un excellent hôte, proactif, communicant et très professionnel ! Le Lowlands est un espace merveilleux et un choix de qualité pour un séjour de rêve à Sint Marteen ! Bien positionné, attractions dans un rayon très proche et environnement agréable.

We enjoyed our stay here. About a 3 min drive to airport. Walking distance to Maho beach. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived which wouldn’t be a big deal but my husband was sick and needed to lay down. We had to wait an extra 45 mins to check in when we got to the room it was spotless. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone looking to stay in the Maho area and be in the hustle and bustle of things. We appreciated the host providing beach essentials as well.

Amazing location super safe and host was amazing . Perfect for solo travels like myself . Definitely will be back and rebooking this stay
