A 4-star furnished apartment, 42 m2, arranged by an interior designer. The decor is neat in a contemporary "Mountain" spirit. The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful place on the edge of the "Gorges du Chéran" near Annecy and Aix-les-Bains in the heart of the Bauges mountain range, a great place for hiking, summer swimming possible in the river at the bottom of the apartment. In winter you are 30 minutes from the SEMNOZ and MARGERIAZ ski resorts, nice small resorts and 1 hour from the big resorts (La Clusaz or Grand BORNAND). In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. "Soothing🥰". We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Upon our arrival, Ms Catherine welcomed us in the light rain, with great kindness. The stay was very pleasant, relaxing and quiet – perfect for a family getaway. A real dream to wake up to the sound of birdsong and fall asleep lulled by the rain. The house is ideally located, which allowed us to visit several cities nearby. For a first stay in Annecy, I found it magical. A big thank you to Ms Catherine for helping to make this experience memorable! I would highly recommend it❤️
