Just north of Atlanta & 5 miles off I-75, our Hideaway on the Hill features a private entrance to a 240 sq ft private guest suite located on the bottom level of the home. There are no shared spaces. This clean, calming space is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood great for walking the dog. An easy drive to great restaurants, shopping and the Atlanta Braves stadium. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.

This attached guest suite is simply appointed, bright, and clean. We’re in a small, quiet neighborhood tucked just out of the way - just under two miles from the historic Marietta square. Bedroom with attached bathroom (shower) are at the back. Through double French doors is a living room and full kitchen with the basics provided. Private entrance to the front leads to the carport. We look forward to welcoming you as our neighbor - if only for a night or two!
