The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10-minute walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place to go if you want to go to the beach. You are close to wonderful experiences on Lolland and Falster. Lots of options for dining, cinema, theater and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We can possibly arrange the possibility of sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

When you enter the house, the calm descends like another beautiful retreat. The living room and a charming country kitchen form the framework for 3 beautiful bedrooms, when you either need to take a nap or have a good night's sleep. The garden is beautiful and very private. Everywhere on the property there are lovely cozy nooks for both adults and children. If you come with more than 5 people, there is also an annex that can be used. Here, there can easily be 2 extra and up to 4 people, if, for example, it is 2 adults and 2 children 15 min walk to the beach

Pack the trailer with toys and walk off the trail system for a lovely day at the beach. The cottage is also located within cycling distance of Bøtøskoven with wild horses and cows. Marielyst town offers restaurants and shops for the whole family. The house: There is access to the terrace from the living room, where there is garden furniture and a barbecue and the possibility to play in the garden with a swing set.

The cottage is located on a lovely hilly and enclosed plot with terraces, where the sun comes in from early morning to late evening and only 150 meters to the water and wide sandy beach. The house has outdoor showers with hot water, which is something very special to start the day with a bath in the open air or to rinse off after a trip to the Baltic Sea. The nearest restaurant and grocery store are only 400 meters away

When you park the car, you can look down the small path to the beach. One of the best beaches with only a 60-meter walk from the property's grounds. Very unique location. Marienlyst town is a short drive away where there are supermarkets, restaurants, mini golf, and the best ice cream shop. It's a private house, so it's clean and nice, but not hotel standard😊.

The house offers 2 nice rooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with all equipment and dining area for all guests. If you use the terrace, there is also room for guests. The house also has good parking, WiFi and TV.

Our hope is that like-minded people who enjoy the “zen” atmosphere of our home would appreciate their time spending here. ‘Healthy corners’ underneath pine trees and sunny terrace will allow you to switch off completely and get recharged your batteries. Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Dejligt stort sommerhus udlejes på Marielyst. Huset ligger tæt på by og strand. Der er 142 m2, med 9 sovepladser fordelt på 4 værelser. 2 badeværelser. Dejlig have med træterrasse og havemøbler. Huset opvarmes med varmepumpe og brændeovn. Huset bruges også privat, og der er derfor et værelse som er lukket af, da det bruges til opbevaring af private ting. Vi ønsker ikke at leje ud til ungdomsgrupper.
