The small charming townhouse is located centrally in Nysted town, close to the harbor, where it buzzes with life in the summer and overlooks Ålholm Castle. The house is located within walking distance to a cozy beach, close to small unique shops. Enjoy your stay in this old cozy market town. The whole area offers beautiful nature, which is ideal for walking or cycling. On the edge of Nysted there is a bird sanctuary, a small marina, ice house and restaurants as well as several playgrounds. In addition to this, Kettinge swimming pool is close by

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Well-equipped, modern and lovely cottage. Close to the fjord with good opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking and canoeing. Family-friendly house with a large garden that just invites you to have lots of fun and coziness. Cozy Vordingborg, with the Goose Tower nearby. Beach and nature very close. Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child-friendly, with plenty of room for play and ball games. The house is about 400 meters from Denmark's best beach, 150 meters to the grocery store, pizzeria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst's cozy square.
 The house is heated with a heat pump, wood-burning stove and electricity, so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. 
The house TV is not connected to TV channels, but there is Chromecast in the TV.

Apartment in villa in central Vordingborg

Light and Nordic inspired studio located close to Vordingborg center and marina. Quiet area, free parking and both nature and town outside the door. Our basement apartment offers everything you need for a 2 persons stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for small meals, there is a smaller dining area in the room, along with a double bed. Toilet separate from the bathroom and laundry facilities in connection with the bathroom. Private entrance with key box in case we are not home to greet you.

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. The cottage Lillely. 180˚ ocean view 1 hour from Copenhagen

Amazing 180˚ sea view, an hour's drive from Copenhagen. In the first row to Bøged Strand, lies this cozy cottage. Here you come back to grandma's cottage from 1971. From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of Bøgestrømmen. In the cottage there is fiber connection so you can surf/stream from the net. In the living room there is also a smaller TV. There's a trampoline and a campfire pit. There's a carport in the driveway. The price includes cleaning but excludes bed linen and towels.

From the house, it is 200 meters to the public bathing pier and cozy Kalvehave Harbor with pleasure boats and summer atmosphere. Enjoy quiet mornings with sunrise over the water and lovely barbecue evenings on the large wooden terrace. The house is perfectly located for lots of nearby excursions, e.g. Møns Klint, the unique village of Nyord, cozy Stege or BonBon-land.

The area is certified Dark Sky area, so on a clear night you can sit in the hot bathtub with the Milky Way right above your head. The only noise is that of mother nature, the birds, the waves and the deer. The house sleeps up to 6 people.
