This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof and lots of aesthetic details. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

There is no streaming TV, but there is a smart TV with Netflix, among other things. Marielyst Golf Club and Golf & Fun Park are both within 1 km. Marielyst fishing lake/angling lake is 1.5 km away and Bøtø Nature Park is about 5 km away

Our hope is that like-minded people who enjoy the “zen” atmosphere of our home would appreciate their time spending here. ‘Healthy corners’ underneath pine trees and sunny terrace will allow you to switch off completely and get recharged your batteries. Bo tilbagetrukket men midt i byens pulserende liv, med restauranter, butikker, feriestemning, aktiviteter, gåture og hygge. Boligen kan i sommer højsæson kun bookes fra fredag til fredag. Så kan I nå at deltage i hyggelige arrangementer der er i løbet af weekenden. Resten af året er der frit valg. Udtjek kl. 11, samt indtjek fra kl 16. Udlejes ikke til ungdomsgrupper og håndværker grupper.

Marielyst, located 3 km away, offers ice cream, shopping, and good restaurants.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This newly refurbished cabin is located 5 minutes walk from the family friendly sandy beach of Marielyst. The cabin is bright and airy with its open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with access to a decked area where you can enjoy the evening sun. It's a short bicycle ride to local shops, a butcher and a variety of restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Use free bicycles 🚲🚲 for example. 4 km to Ulslev beach 6 km to Sildestrup Beach 8 km to Marielyst square/beach 8 km to Nykøbing F. Clean bed linen and towels can be arranged upon arrival (DKK 75 per guest) If the home is not left in the same condition as on arrival, a cleaning fee of at least DKK 600 will be charged.
