The property has views east towards the forest that provides a peaceful and undisturbed location. Barely any car traffic can be heard in to the apartment. It will also be cool in the apartment in the evening. Limited view of the sea from the balconies, but a nice view of the property's beautiful patio and plants. Only a 5 minute walk to the shop. Nice cliffs near the beach for swimming and views when the ferries arrive. Nice walking paths.

Both bedrooms have 160cm beds with quality mattresses and bedding. One outdoor parking space and private entrance. Patio is set up only during summer months (May-August)

Over the past three years, the house has been renovated to its former glory to welcome guests to the historic farm. The house has 5 double rooms (4 with directly connected bathrooms) on an area of 380m2 Beach and pool access is available at Strandbergs cottages (<1km) Pets are not allowed

Very quiet and undisturbed location at the cul-de-sac overlooking the entrance to the port and the daily ferry traffic. Mariehamn's popular and most beautiful walking trail just below the terrace. Large parts of the apartment have been renovated in the fall of 2024.
