Architect-designed house from the seventies with a perfect location in southern Mariehamn. • 250 meters to the water. From there there is a beach promenade into the city. • 500 meters to the Gröna uddens campsite with a large, child-friendly sandy beach. • 1000 meters to the city centre, with restaurants, cafes, shops and attractions. The house is on two levels, has two toilets and showers, and two entrances. Undisturbed south-west facing patio with lounge furniture, dining area,lush garden.

The house is centrally about 1 km from the city center, in a quiet residential area with its own child-friendly plot. Thus, close to everything, the harbor, shops, restaurants, the beach and mini golf. For the children, there is a sandbox, playhouse and dollhouse. There is an electric sauna, wood-fired hot tub, gas grill, sun loungers. WiFi is available and Netflix. Pets are allowed. Beds for 6 people, 2 fold-out extra beds if needed. Crib available. Towels and bed linens are included.

Everything is newly renovated and in excellent condition. You rent the entire house. We require guests to be at least 25 years old. The house has a large lawn and a terrace with an outdoor table and chairs. Up to 4 cars can be parked in the yard. An EV charger (11 kW, more powerful than a standard one) is available to use free of charge. Clean, rented bed linens and towels are included in the price. You make the beds you wish to use yourselves. There is also a sauna in the basement.
