The house is centrally about 1 km from the city center, in a quiet residential area with its own child-friendly plot. Thus, close to everything, the harbor, shops, restaurants, the beach and mini golf. For the children, there is a sandbox, playhouse and dollhouse. There is an electric sauna, wood-fired hot tub, gas grill, sun loungers. WiFi is available and Netflix. Pets are allowed. Beds for 6 people, 2 fold-out extra beds if needed. Crib available. Everything is newly renovated and in excellent condition. You rent the entire house. We require guests to be at least 25 years old. The house has a large lawn and a terrace with an outdoor table and chairs. Up to 4 cars can be parked in the yard. An EV charger (11 kW, more powerful than a standard one) is available to use free of charge. Clean, rented bed linens and towels are included in the price. You make the beds you wish to use yourselves. There is also a sauna in the basement.
