A cozy home 10 minutes by car from the center of Mariehamn. The home is modern in lake-inspired spirit. The property is located next to the host couple's house at the end of the garage building (separate building) the terrace is shared but divided. The property has full ceiling height is cozy decorated with a large sofa bed and a loft with a 160cm bed. The accommodation is best suited for 2 people but you can stay 4 people. The stairs up to the loft can be awkward for the elderly as well as younger people. The area is quiet.

The house is centrally about 1 km from the city center, in a quiet residential area with its own child-friendly plot. Thus, close to everything, the harbor, shops, restaurants, the beach and mini golf. For the children, there is a sandbox, playhouse and dollhouse. There is an electric sauna, wood-fired hot tub, gas grill, sun loungers. WiFi is available and Netflix. Pets are allowed. Beds for 6 people, 2 fold-out extra beds if needed. Crib available. Towels and bed linens are included.

En taklägenhet med stor balkong precis intill stadens absoluta centrum. När du går ut genom dörren hittar du direkt restauranger, mataffärer och butiker. Lägenheten består av ett sovrum, badrum, vardagsrum och kök. Det får plats 4 personer att sova. I sovrummet finns en 160cm dubbelsäng, och i vardagsrummet en bäddbar soffa. Köket är fullt utrustat. I badrummet finns tvättmaskin. I sovrummet finns bra med plats att packan upp kläder.

The cottage is located on/right by the sea, still only 6km from the city center. On the 2nd floor you find the bedroom, kitchen/living room and a big balcony. On the 1st floor we have a bathroom, shower and a comfortable sauna with an extraordinary sea view. During the winter the cottage is closed when it’s very cold. Please note that from Oktober to March the rowing boat and kayaks we will not be available for you to use.

Experience summer Åland with proximity to the beach and the Sadelinsleden hiking trail, here you can relax in a stress-free environment with walking distance to public transport and grocery store, also take the opportunity to rent bikes to take you around the nearby areas, even enjoy a picnic on our warm cliffs overlooking Marsund. For the active one can join or rent a kayak to easily see Åland from the water.
