Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mariehamn

The apartment was bigger than expected. The air source heat pump was, but we didn't notice it until the morning of our departure. And there was no remote.

Easy walk to town. So many fun things to do in Mariehamn!

Villa 35 in Mariehamn provided a relaxing stay for our family. Located in a quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed looking out the window at the forest and ocean, often seeing a ferry cruise by - saw a local deer! The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were great. We enjoyed the sauna too!

Perfect place for our little family vacation. Emma was super accommodating, and responded to our every request, coming up with nice ways to make us feel welcome. The place was also terrific for young children with everything you need and lots of nice touches like swing, sandpit and toys. The setting is serene and peaceful, you feel really part of nature, but not too remote. Beautiful light at different times of day make the view special. Cosy and comfortable with lots of amenities. Would recommend to anyone.

We were a group of 8 who were on a bachelor party and rented this cabin. Incredibly idyllic and quiet in the area. Very open and social in the living room with a great view over the water. Comfortable beds and super cozy with fireplace outside as well as fireplace in the living room. A little logistics around the bathroom as there is only 1 shower and 1 toilet, but you had to plan the toilet visits a little more carefully. There is no direct garbage disposal next to the house, so we didn't get all the garbage in the taxi back to the boat, but Johanna is great to deal with so we had to leave a part that the cleaning crew could take care of. 10/10, we already want to book a new trip next year to the same house!

Perfect accommodation for our small family of two adults and a one-year-old. Close to the harbor and city center. The pictures corresponded well with the listing and Lena provided great information and recommendations.

Apartment in a great location, the center and nature attractions within walking distance. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. Everything you need for cooking, as well as towels and clean linens, etc. I can definitely recommend it to other tourists in Mariehamn.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We especially appreciated the large and sheltered terrace, where it was wonderful to enjoy the sun in peace.

We had a very pleasant stay! The accommodation was cozy and felt like a home away from home, surprisingly private despite being right in the middle of the city center. We especially enjoyed the sunny balcony and appreciated the smooth communication with the host. A big plus was the parking space in the backyard. The streets were a bit noisy during the weekend (since we had to keep the windows open due to the warm temperature). It was also quite bright at night (as typical for June). But overall, a very nice place and a good stay!

The place was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay there and everything we needed was available, the kitchen was very well equipped. The apartment was close to Marienhamn center.

Josef was very friendly, and he even stayed up late and met us when the ferry arrived. He checked in on us over text during the stay. The apartment felt like home and we loved it!

Cozy and clean department, with perfect location.

Everything as advertised, exceptionally clean with all amenities we needed. Just right size for two, not too big and not too small. No plastic flower but real ones. Nice 70's retro feel but with modern kitchen, bathroom and comfortable bed. Åland overall is the best place for biking with the most civilised and considerate car drivers I have ever encountered anywhere and Mona's place is in a perfect location for biking excursions. Hands down the best holiday let I have ever encountered

We already had the impression from the photos that it was a great place to stay. In reality, we found it to be even better. It is spacious, even inside, and there is even more space in the outdoor area. The equipment is very good, there are many plates, cups and cutlery,... We also loved the host's reactions: a defective device was replaced very quickly. Thank you for letting us stay here, it has been the best accommodation for us so far.

This place was just great! The pictures don’t quite convey what a lovely apartment this is. Very convenient location. Apartment has everything one might need for a stay in beautiful Mariehamn. There’s always parking spots available and free parking. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Close to a supermarket. The apartment was super clean. Everything in the apartment is still quite new and recently renovated. Johan gave perfectly detailed instructions which made arrival feel really easy. I sincerely recommend this place! It was perfectly suitable for our family. We were very happy we picked this place :)
