Flere terrasser, indhegnet område til hund. Tæt på Øster Hurup med strand, caféer og aktiviteter.

Her er hverken larm eller forstyrrelser – kun fuglesang, udsigt til skibe i horisonten og plads til at trække vejret. Fra sommerhuset er der kort afstand til både lystbådehavn, badebro, iskiosk og shelters, og Udbyhøj Strand er en skøn familievenlig badestrand, hvor vandkvaliteten er så høj, at der er tildelt Blå Flag.

Cozy cottage of 78 m2 from the early 1980s. There are 6 beds in the cottage. The house is close to a child-friendly beach. Only a 10-minute walk from the city center. The house is located on a closed road in a beautiful natural area on a large plot. There are several terraces, one of which is covered, and if there are small children or a dog, the terrace can be closed off. There are 2 parking spaces. The house allows dogs.

Coziest cottage in the woods

Take a break from everyday life in our small peaceful "Snail House" in Helberskov between tree crowns and bird song. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room. Three bedrooms; one with a double bed and two rooms with two single beds each. There is a weekend bed for baby. In addition, there is an annex with two futon sofa beds of an older date. It is not heated and therefore primarily suitable for the summer months.
