Our holiday home is in a quiet location, yet very easily accessible, because there is a very good road connection and direct connection to the bike path. Hiking trails into the forest also start right from the house. The house is very spacious and very close to nature inside and out. The spacious garden and terrace area offers peace, space and a good view of the adjacent meadows, forests and the farm.

A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is in a sunny location, with a view of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! There are shopping facilities in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
