Beautiful penthouse in the waterfront area

Guests will love this house for the brightness, silence, the many comforts and the beautiful view of the harbor and the waterfront. In the morning you can enjoy the sun rising from the sea and in the evening appreciate the sea breeze after the heat of the day, or go down to be in the middle of the Crotonese nightlife, eat good fish or a simple pizza in the many places on the waterfront without having to use the car while the children can play in the areas equipped with the inflatables.

Simple house but equipped with everything. It consists of: three bedrooms, two double and one with two single beds and one bunk bed, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Located on the promontory in the protected sea air; a few meters away there is a staircase that leads to the sea. Rich backdrops for snorkeling enthusiasts. The house is in a very quiet area; A place to relax forgetting the daily stress. The house is open to the sun, wind and the voice of the sea.

Nice apartment 100 m from the sea

The apartment consists of a large kitchen with table, sofa and TV, two bedrooms, the first with two single beds, the second double and a bathroom with shower. The rooms and kitchen have windows overlooking the sea and both rooms have a large wardrobe and desk. The sea and the free beach are 100 meters away as well as pizzerias and bars. Parking is free on the street and nearby. I pay particular attention to cleaning and sanitizing the rooms after each visit.

Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is in common, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.
