Susan’s home was great! I stayed for 4 days & would certainly come back. I absolutely appreciate the simplicity & cleanliness of the home. I’m very much a minimalist and the home felt very airy & calming to someone who has borderline OCD. I also loved the eclectic design aspects to her home. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower is large and awesome shower head. Having the washer & dryer in close proximity of my room was such a convenience. Safe & walkable gated community, great for solo or women travelers. This Airbnb was very well-thought out. And my host Susan was extremely kind, hospitable and quickly answered any concerns I had. I would highly recommend her home.

A very quiet and beautiful area to rest, close to the beach if you decide to walk and beautiful places to visit. The bad thing is not having public parking in the area for when you do not live in the United States. I was in a rented car and since I was not from there, I could not download the app to pay for the parking, that's a general issue in Miami

I am so grateful I found this Airbnb. I always worry about booking safe locations, especially during peak seasons like this. Gaynel’s place was sent from above. It is a lovely space, comfy bed, safe neighborhood, beautiful home. I would love to make sure I look for her airbnb next time I return to FL! She is also fabulous and so kind. I highly recommend! 😊
