Die neu sanierte Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ist straßenseitig nicht einsichtig, zusätzlich wurden alle Fenster mit Einbruchschutz versehen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Seitengasse unweit vom berühmten Wiener Naschmarkt.
