Charming 3 bedroom house on 7.5 acres of native bush with panoramic sea views over the Indian Ocean & Margaret River mouth. 2 mins drive to Surfers Point & Gnarabup beach, 10 mins to Margaret River town. Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Bookings for 1–4 guests operate as a two-bedroom stay; bookings for 5–6 guests include the master suite.
