The Annex of Plessis Bochard

In a house rebuilt at the beginning of the 19th century having preserved part of the vault of a 16th century chapel, you can enjoy on the ground floor a cozy living room with wood stove as well as a kitchen area and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a lovely mezzanine bedroom with sink and corner bathtub. Garden furniture is at your disposal as well as a heated swimming pool, in addition to two bicycles to discover Saint Céneri and the Alpes Mancelles.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Charming little house in the heart of the Sartoise countryside, located 5 minutes from Beaumont sur Sarthe, combining the charm of the old with its beams, exposed stones and fireplace, a neat decoration and modern comfort with all its amenities. It is located in the center of Beaumont-sur-Sarthe, on a very quiet street, 18 minutes' walk from Vivoin train station, 30 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24-hour circuit and 25 minutes from Alençon. It has everything you need to live comfortably and a small private courtyard.
