Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

It consists of a large living room at the entrance, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, storage room, 3 bedrooms, and a study area. Arranged in an east-west position thanks to a large terrace, a patio and a large private garden, it allows you to enjoy the sunrise for your breakfast and the sunset for a pleasant aperitif.

You will be the only guests of the property and this guarantees privacy and tranquility. My wife and I live in the remaining part of the cottage, and we will be the only discreet presence. You will have the opportunity to relax on the furnished terrace at your disposal, or on the hammock surrounded by greenery or in the Jacuzzi (available from June to September), all for your exclusive use. The entire garden of the villa can be used for walks and relaxation.
