We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

A frontline apartment

Beachfront apartment, 28km to Valencia. 10km to Aquopolis. Just below there is a children's playground and restaurants on the promenade (during the season). There are go-kart tracks nearby as well as the bus stop that takes you to Sueca and Perelló, where you can catch another bus to Valencia. A large supermarket is a 2km drive away, in El Perelló. There is also a Yacht Club that offers activities such as jet ski rental, surf board or paddle surf lessons.

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
