Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u rustikalnom stilu s velikom terasom i dvorištem koja gleda na Motovun i dolinu te unutarnjim kaminom. Dvije prekrasne spavaće sobe s pogledom i dva kupatila te potpuno namještenu kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, besplatan wifi , smart tv sa satelitskom antenom dva klima uređaja, vanjski roštilj i fire pit. Udaljeni smo od mora i plaže svega 20minuta. Obližnji prekrasni stari gradovi Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj udaljeni su 5-15minuta te staza 7 slapova 15min.

The house is located on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula near Novigrad (Cittanova) and is no more than 1 hour away from any other city in Istra. During the stay the guests have the entire house and the back porch to themselves. When not exploring the rest of the region you can enjoy your food on the back porch table. There's an outdoor kitchen as well a charcoal barbecue ready at all times. And for those quick fresh showers after the beach there's an outdoors shower as well.

Opustite se u ovom ugodnom i lijepo uređenom smještaju.Apartman se nalazi na 1.katu i pogodan je za dvije osobe.Ovaj studio apartman ima sve što Vam je potrebno za Vaš odmor. Nalazi se u centru grada ,ali u sporednoj ulici .Vrlo je mirno i tiho,a opet na tri koraka od dućana,tržnice ,pekare. Plaza ,luka i restorani su također blizu. Sve je na pješačkoj udaljenosti, tako da Vam vozilo uopće ne treba.Svoje vozilo možete parkirati na privatnom parkingu unutar zatvorenog dvorišta.

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft, entspricht der Beschreibung. Auch die Lage war ideal zentriert (schnelle Möglichkeiten mit dem Auto zu vielen nahegelegenen Städten und Sehenswürdigkeiten; Meer 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt). Suzana reagierte schnell auf Fragen und gab Auskunft über die Umgebung. Kommen gerne wieder!

Gostitelj je prijazen, zelo odziven in ustrežljiv, apartma takšen kot na sliki, lokacija je mirna, v neposredni bližini dve poceni restavraciji z odlično hrano, plaža blizu, na plaži je veliko aktivnosti za vsa starostna obdobja. Priporočam.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, wunderschöne Dekoration, man sieht die Öiebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt auch die Regentage haben wir in der Unterkunft genießen können. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Villa am Rande der süßen Stadt Bale. Man ist in 15 min mit dem Rad am Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 min mit dem Auto. Der Pool halb im Wohnzimmer ist der Hammer und angenehm warm. Marko und Dunja sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Lokalita blízko pláže, v klidné čtvrti. Hostitel velmi dobře komunikoval, proto bylo velmi snadné ubytování najít a dostat se dovnitř. Apartmán byl čistý a vše bylo nachystáno. Doporučuji.

Trieste is a great place to base yourself to explore the local region and to visit both Slovenia and Croatia. The property is located about 6kms out of Trieste but an easy drive down to the town. The property is beautifully appointed, has a great kitchen, air conditioning, swimming pool etc . Ivan (and his alternate contact Petra) are really responsive to any questions or issues you have. We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed our time at the property. Would highly recommend staying there if you are in the Trieste region.
