My husband and I really liked this apartment, we will definitely be back! Quiet place and close to everything in French. We did everything on foot, we didn't even need to take the car out for anything. Great view facing the sea. Everything is very clean and very organized.

The environment is super cosy, the quiet building, the clean rooms and all utensils are at your disposal. The location is easy access to beaches, markets, pharmacies and gas station, all very close by. French Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. Very attentive Marco always responded quickly, in a flexible check in and checkout. I loved the environment and I recommend it to EVERYONE. Great location, one block from the Ponta Verde waterfront. Apartment just like the ad, clean, with clean bed and bath linens. Air conditioning in both bedrooms in excellent working order, large living room. Host always available to answer questions and proactive for any repairs.

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

The apartment is impeccable, it had everything we need. Quiet, no noise. Very good location. Foot in the sand. Calminous sea. Private beach. Very good pool. Mr. Lafayete was very helpful. I stayed at Alexandre's apartment on April 13 and 18. On both occasions, everything was clean and organized and everything went well. Check in was fast, the location is great and the apartment is very comfortable. I recommend.

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

Coffee maker and powder already available, cold mineral water now available, iron, hairdryer, kit with most used medications, up to sewing line. Very suitable and clean space. I didn't miss anything. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 people, close to the main points of Pajuçara and Ponta Verde. Well-equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay. Suggestion: the TV only had one channel, you could pay attention to that. Otherwise, an impeccable stay. I'd come back more often.

The structure of the apartment is excellent, quality air conditioning, large and comfortable bed, large and clean bathroom, with a hot shower, the whole structure is functional and new, I didn't use the private pool much, as it was in the rainy season and the water was quite cold.
