Very nice apartment with a magnificent view of the park in front of Euralille very pleasant to admire. A little noisy during the day but necessarily it's in a very busy place on the other hand at night the noise is not that huge that yet we were a Saturday night so rather hectic in normal times. Frankly, I highly recommend Nicolas as a host and I keep his apartment in my favorites for future trips to Lille.

Super nice new apartment in a quiet pleasant location. The landlord is top in communication, courtesy and helpfulness. The apartment has everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The outdoor area is neat and sufficient. I think value for money is top! Thank you sebastien :)

Absolutely nothing to say, the accommodation is as described, clean, practical and quiet, very pleasant neighborhood with many things to do in the immediate vicinity (bars, restaurants, food shops, Citadel Park) while being able to reach the historic center in 10 minutes by foot. We had a 2 year old child who also had a nice stay (bed and high chair). Guarded parking 5 minutes walking in the park, otherwise possible on the street just in front.
