In a 19th century winegrower's building, this atypical and renovated cottage will welcome you in a beautiful green setting. Ideally located in a quiet village 5 minutes from Narbonne (large buffets, historic centre), 20 minutes from the beaches, 1 hour from Spain and 45 minutes from the city of Carcassonne. This cottage consists of a living room with open kitchen, 2 sleeping areas, a bathroom, a private garden with barbecue, trampoline and a swimming pool from 1 June to share with the owner.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Welcome to our village house in Marcorignan. Ideally located, it is 5 minutes from Narbonne, Somail and the Canal du Midi, 25 minutes from the beaches of Narbonne and Gruissan, 45 minutes from the famous City of Carcassonne and 1 hour from Spain. You are in the center of everything, and yet quiet between vineyards and scrubland. By bike, follow the Canal du Midi or the Robine and pass through the heart of the marshes to Port la Nouvelle. I'll be there to give you plenty of good tips.
