In the backyard, there is a table with benches, a barbecue and a prefabricated swimming pool. The house is in a glade, offering unique views of the lake and many surrounding areas. The place is quiet, suitable for nature walks and mountain biking.

With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
