Holiday rentals with beach access in Marcelli

Despite an inconvenience with the accommodation Michele, he went above and beyond, allowing us to enjoy our stay to the fullest!

Great experience. Spacious place, clean in every detail. Brand new kitchen with every accessory, spacious bathroom, equally large room. Two large terraces with a sea view. Reserved parking space in the condominium space closed by a remote control gate.

Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to check-out, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing is that the parking space is NOT inside the courtyard but is available (you can find it if you look well at the right times) on Via Pola. This discrepancy was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO way, on how the Airbnb site is set up, to enter the existing parking option if not choosing the internal option. Anyway, fabulous location because you are in the center, next to the station, next to both promenades (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the numerous clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: breakfast on the balcony facing east.

Well-equipped apartment with spectacular location right on the seafront with a nice terrace and parking space (very useful). The host was extremely helpful and kind. I recommend all these Hosts.

Exceptional experience. Wonderful host. House a bomboniera.infissi for soundproofing, laundry area and garage for beach games and bikes. Everything perfect. Apartment 3 minutes from the sea. All amenities on the doorstep. Practically in the centre. Apartment with all the comforts and super clean, cosy. An experience to be repeated.

Everything was just fantastic! We felt like we were at home! Perfect spaces... impeccable cleanliness, new furniture... super fragrant house... Moira was an exceptional person, she allowed us to check in many hours earlier than expected! She was very kind to provide a local guide!! we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a fantastic week. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very convenient for both the beach and the surroundings, the area is wonderful and worth visiting. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this location to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

It was a beautiful experience, we were found more than what was written in the description. The apartment was very nice and very clean, we had to buy very few things. The host has had a lot of care towards us, answering any small questions. We really appreciated the abundance of essential amenities offered by the host. I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Civitanova Marche and its surroundings, and the place potentially allows you to move exclusively on foot. The umbrella left available to the apartment and soaps for the washing machine are also very appreciated. The house is well air-conditioned but still fresh at all hours of the day. If I were to return as a group to Civitanova Marche, I would definitely choose this apartment.

Great stay! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was such a relief to have paid parking available on-site, which made everything super convenient. Raffaelle was incredibly responsive and friendly, quick to reply and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Very nice apartment, with a delightful view and excellent usability of the outdoor spaces. The apartment, expertly renovated, offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Excellent location both for the distance from the sea, you cross the road and reach the beach, and from the city center, a walk along the promenade allows you to arrive in a few minutes. Friendly welcome and helpfulness from the host. Recommended solution!!

The apartment is very well located, very close to the important areas of Ancona, and close to public transport. It is spacious, cool, very clean and with good furniture. Well decorated. The stay was fantastic. Angela welcomed us during the stay and made us feel at home. She gave us good recommendations, advice and we had a pleasant conversation with her.
