Holiday houses in Marblemount

We've been staying at Julie's and Peter's place/s for close to 15 years now. They are unsurpassed in the quality of attention to detail, added amenities, and communication when it comes to vacation homes. We woke up this morning and I said, "They did it again. We walk in, we settle, and we feel like home." We don't ever feel this comfortable anywhere else, and frankly, don't want to return home. My husband thought about going out to buy a kite, and I said, "I bet there's one here." There were two! Plus, the West Beach walks with the views in every direction at this location are something else. Thank you for sharing your magic, Julie and Peter - our kids have practically grown up vacationing on Whidbey thanks to you.

Stayed at Danae's guest cottage for 2 nights during a quick solo getaway in the region and it was perfect. Clean, comfortable, fast wi-fi, safe, beautiful, and close to where I was headed in the area. Danae was a great host--proactive, clear and helpful; even let me know I that I forgot something and facilitated its return. People say this all the time, but I definitely plan to stay again next time I'm in the region! Thanks Danae!

Our stay at the log castle was outstanding! This Beautiful, very clean, unique home has a great layout for gathering and connection. We particularly loved the swivel chairs by the windows that allowed us to engage with each other while also swiveling around to take in the beautiful view. We saw many birds including herons, Eagles, and hummingbirds, as well as an entertaining group of Harbor Seals lounging on the floating raft! We were able to walk to town on the beach during low tide, but the downed trees did test our nimbleness so we chose to get a ride back. Enjoyed the shops, restaurants and relaxed vibe in town.

Ty's place was just spectacular. What a relaxing yet luxurious place. I particularly loved all the detail and character. It really embraces being by the seaside in an elegant way. Check in was very easy. Ty's leaves instructions which are easy to follow, even for an out of towner Aussie like me. Very safe and quiet area. A great place to recover. I particularly loved the fireplaces and the bedroom/ensuite is the most elegant I have ever used. The bed is extremely comfortable and the entire place is very clean. Stunning views with the best window layout to enjoy them. Ty is also extremely prompt with responses.

This is a cottage and is as beautiful, cute, quaint and aesthetic as the photos showed on the listing. It’s in a terrific location, we felt safe and it was peaceful. The interior was very clean especially the bathroom, thoroughly clean.

Nice house, accurately described, great location! One thing the description doesn't mention is that there are DINOSAURS (made out of driftwood) along the beach, which was a super cool surprise. One thing to note is that the house is close to the refinery, so there are lights at night and some smells, although low tide accounts for some of that and can't be avoided.

We all have a great time at Sandy Hook. Very unique community, with fantastic views. The whole island lost power after a major wind storm on Friday night. We were without power on Saturday, but Darrell made sure we stayed comfortable by delivering firewood, instructions for generator and helping, troubleshooting and navigating our needs.

Once again this was an outstanding vacation on Camano Island at Greg & Gigi's Airbnb. It is very comfortable and has fabulous views of the bay and sunsets are glorious. The house is right on the water and it is delightful to walk on the beach, regardless of the weather and enjoy the calming sound of the waves as they ebb and flow. The house is incredibly well equipped with plenty of supplies to hand and ideal for home cooking or BBQ. We spent time at the tulip festival which is within easy travelling distance to the island. It was difficult to leave and we look forward to our visit next year and hope this wonderful Airbnb is available then.
