Beachfront holiday rental in Marathon

Wonderful Stay! Place was super clean and nicely decorated with minimal decor. (Sometimes places are over decorated and busy) Beach Towels were provided. Kitchen was organized & clean. Pool was nice! We brought our small dogs and the grounds were very pet friendly. Jessica’s recommended list of restaurants was spot on! Had a great time eating at several of the places. Would visit again and recommend to others.

Everything was excellent. Only complaint would be the bicycles. One bike was usable but the seat was loose and we didn’t have tools to fix it. The other adult bike’s chain was rusted so bad it wasn’t usable. We still had an excellent experience.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the house was as expected based on previous reviews & pictures. The location was perfect for us to access from Key Largo to Key West easily. The pool was nice & the kids had fun snorkeling off the back dock & looking for all kinds of wildlife both on land & in the water with their flashlights after dark. We found the sunsets at the house to be better than what we experienced in Key West. If you need beach chairs and/or beach umbrella, we recommend you rent those.

Beautiful, well appointed home in the middle of the keys within driving distance to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. We are a 3 generation trip with grandparents and kids, and this house had it all! 3 bedrooms, each with excellent ocean views, great kitchen, kayaks and bikes in the garage, and incredible outdoor seating area! Highly recommended for families.

Great place to stay for family vacation or guys fishing trip. Plenty of dock space to park the boat and easy access to the Atlantic. House is clean and all amenities worked as they should. Would definitely recommend to a family or friend. Mary was a great host who provided all information without even requesting it.

Our gals trip was wonderful. The pool, ping pong table, corn hole, kayaks, nice bikes, and paddle boards were great amenities to have. The home is located just a couple blocks from Sombrero Beach. All of the outdoor patio furniture was great quality. Nice appliances all around. The beds were very comfortable.

Rachel’s home is so beautiful and relaxing. The area is perfect. We had such a nice time! My daughter has pet allergies, and she had no issues at all the two days she joined us because it was so spotless and clean.

We had an amazing time with our family and a beautiful Easter dinner with our friends. The location is perfect to travel all of the keys as it's just over an hour to Key West and Key Largo. The sun rose over the top floor guest bedroom with such a beautiful view of the water every day. Morning coffee with the view was awesome. Evenings spent wrapped on the couch watching movies with really nice big TV and unwinding. Sitting down by the water in evenings before sunset hanging with family watching niece play in sand was great too. Highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Tiny Home. Everything was described perfectly and Oh So Peaceful! Which is what we were after. It was like being in the country back home but with a beautiful water view and green mangroves! We kayaked around and fished from the dock. The sea breeze under the Palms was just what I was hoping for! We are big college softball fans, so we were able to watch the championship series from the TV and relax in the evenings. I hope someday to return for some R&R again! Thanks for being a wonderful host!

From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had found our own private slice of paradise. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home—plus the added bonus of breathtaking ocean views and island vibes. The location couldn’t have been better. Tucked away in a peaceful part of Marathon, we were just minutes from everything—the beach, boat rentals, amazing restaurants, and the iconic Seven Mile Bridge. The property itself was incredibly well-equipped: a fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, high-speed WiFi. What really made this place stand out was the outdoor space. The private dock was perfect for fishing and sunset cocktails, and the pool made it hard to ever want to leave. We even spotted dolphins just off the dock one morning—unreal! We enjoyed our stay very much. He was always very responsive and took care of anything we needed. Might be coming back another time in the future.

We had a great week at Kari's place. We were blown away by the view from the terrace. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. The use of the nearby Cabana club was a real bonus. Colony Key is about an hour from Key West, so it was well located for all sorts of activities. Would love to return one day. Thanks Kari. Omg what can’t I say about the house. Beautiful! Very friendly neighborhood. Extremely clean and beautifully maintained. The host were available and responded so quickly. We loved it and will be back! Thank you so much for sharing paradise with us!

My family and I really enjoyed this home the pictures do not do it justice it’s beautiful. The owners are very responsive and we were even able to check in a day early ! The canal was awesome , a boat is a must and so much fun. We saw manatees and iguanas. The private pool was fun all together a great experience.

We had a wonderful family vacation getaway at Katie and Cody’s place. The house was very clean, and the location is great as well with accessibility to food, Publix, and great beaches. Our favorite aspect of the house was the small pool. Our teenagers played in it endlessly, and when they were gone we enjoyed relaxing on the pool floats. Communication with Katie was top notch. She always responded quickly and had great follow through with any issues we had. they definitely go above and beyond to provide resources of fun activities and resteraunts in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Randall's place was amazing! Exactly what we were looking for - beautiful views of the canal with a dock and views on the other side of the house facing the golf course. The sunrise and sunsets were spectacular here and we loved the beach at the Cabana Club. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Roy and Randall got right back to us with any questions we had. The entire stay was perfect. couldn't have asked for more. Thanks so much!!

The place was amazing!! plenty of room for our family of 5. All of the fishing equipment was awesome!! From the rods and tackle, to the deep freezer with bait, the extras made the whole trip more enjoyable. Loved the house. It was perfect!!! Will definately be back in the future!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

We came down for a weeks vacation brought two boats, plenty of space on the docks. Communication with Meredith was great. Great location.

Beautiful clean inviting home! Comfortable and felt right at home. Our family had a great vacation here! Location was perfect for our stay as our family loves to Scuba dive, snorkel, fish, explore museums and nature and just relaxing and eating out.

Beautiful place. Extremely peaceful! We enjoyed all the iguanas outside the fence.

We have three boys and they LOVED being able to fish anytime they wanted. We caught over 12 species of fish from the back dock. The kayaks were very handy! We just rented two more and We loved getting out in the mornings for a family kayaking adventure and the boys fished any chance they got. They even caught a nurse shark! The house was clean and well decorated. There were handy items such as sunscreen and life vests. It was a great place for a family of five.

Cute spacious condo. Loved the big balcony and patio furniture. Pamela sent lots of local food and attractions recommendations. Our flight was delayed and she went over and turned lights on so we would be able to see when we arrived at what turned into 3 am. The pool was nice and the view beautiful. Sunset beach was walking distance and we enjoyed every night. Would stay again if we do go back and visit the Florida Keys.

Susan’s place was exactly as described. The water view from the top deck was a wonderful place to have my cup of coffee every morning. I would highly recommend this place.

Brian’s place was exceptionally clean. We slept great in the beds. Shower pressure was great. We enjoyed cooking on the grill. Kids enjoyed watching Netflix. Saw a manatee in the canal, that was cool. Great location. Felt very safe walking in the neighborhood. Adored the staff at the Cabana club and the great food and service there. Pool was very clean and great to be right on ocean. Cannot fault this rental in any way. Also Brian checked in with us which was a personal touch that was appreciated. Awesome place!!
