We had a wonderful week in this fantastic Airbnb! The house is rustic and charming on the outside, but ultra-modern on the inside – a perfect combination of cosiness and comfort. We really lacked nothing: everything was sparkling clean, well-equipped and designed with great attention to detail. The pool was a real highlight – very well maintained and ideal for relaxing. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, ideal for unwinding. We would like to especially highlight the host Mario, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and always quickly available. You feel immediately welcome and well looked after. We can fully recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

Amazing villa with a private pool, sauna and a whirlpool. Modern and very well equipped, looks exactly like on pictures, even though one might think it's just visualizations. Iva was very easy to communicate with and always responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

Even more beautiful than expected – absolute recommendation! Our stay at this accommodation was simply fantastic – even more beautiful than we had imagined! The location is wonderfully quiet and yet optimal for reaching many different cities and excursion destinations within about 30 minutes. The house is well maintained, sparkling clean and furnished with great attention to detail. It radiates a warm, inviting atmosphere - we felt at home from the first moment. The hostess is exceptionally warm, helpful and attentive. You can immediately tell that she is wholeheartedly committed and that the well-being of her guests is her top priority. We felt completely comfortable – our stay really couldn't have been better. Thank you for this wonderful time – we will definitely come back!

Ivan is a great host, very friendly and welcoming. The house is just like in pictures, very nice, the place is peaceful and private. Ideal for families with kids, they also have children playground and pool, and a lot outdoor space for little explorers. We have had a wonderful time at Ivans place, would recommend it.

Super nice villa with top amenities, there is really nothing missing! (One bedroom unfortunately does not have a shower, just a bathtub - this is the only thing that is not quite optimal) The hostess was extremely nice and the communication was very straightforward. Had a very nice week there.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

What you see is what you get. Those who seek peace and nature will be happy here. Swallows circling the pool, birds that have long since died out elsewhere, and pheasants, badgers and deer on the roadside. When we were at the house, we always ate on the beautiful terrace and enjoyed the shade under the walnut tree. The pool was cleaned regularly and we liked it very much. About the house: we felt comfortable immediately. The renovated old stone house with its beautiful roof beams and the modern furnishings complement each other perfectly. 3 real bathrooms (3 showers) for 4 people are more than enough and these are also wonderfully clean. Otherwise: very well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed our time at Valentina's very much and will be happy to come back. Conclusion: a great accommodation in the heart of Istria's original nature. Ideal for relaxation and excursions in the nearby and further surroundings. Recommended!

Very nice contact person. Always very quick feedback and easy contact to identify key handover. The house was very beautiful and we had a great stay. In the same village there is also a place where you can eat well (only a 2-minute walk away). All in all highly recommended to spend a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

The Villa is beautiful. The architecture, design and build is first rate. The interior design is soothing and comfortable. A mix of stone farmhouse and modern mediterranean. Everything was very high quality and most impressive. The location and views are amazing. The pool and pool house are stunning. The landscape is very well done, the garden ( we did pick tomatoes, watermelon, baby carrots and shallots, after we asked if it was ok) is lovely. The grapes were picked during our stay and one of our group helped out ( for about 15 minutes, ha ha). The only minor drawback were the bugs. Evidently late Sept early Oct. is the season for a particular bug. No big thing. I highly recommend the Villa and thank you Andreas and Hana.

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

Grea place, great host

This place was incredible. We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was great. Our 3 year old loved it and was great that it was under cover. Taxis / Ubers were reasonable into Fazana and Pula and we hired a car for further trips and you could walk to the local beach in about 15 mins. We loved the space and location. Restaurant across the road is definitely worth a visit!

The villa is relatively well located, you have your peace in the pool, you don't feel watched and can relax. You also have only 10 minutes to the city by car. Basically, the village is rather quiet. The villa was clean, in the kitchen everything you need was available (except groceries of course). Julie went out of her way to make sure everything was prepared for the kids. Milo, the local contact person, was also available 24/7 and came by within a very short time in case of problems or the like.

Gloria and Alen are wonderful and helpful hosts. The villa is a dream, everything is just right here. If you haven't been here yet, you should come, and if you've already been here, you'll come back anyway. We had a wonderful holiday and can recommend this villa one hundred percent!

We had an incredible stay at this house in Flengi! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Daniel is truly a superhost—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region!

Tastefully decorated, all necessary appliances were available, oven, dishwasher, fridge with cold water feeder, hot plate, coffee maker, dishes for preparing meals, washer, dryer. The air conditioning on the ground floor and upstairs made life easier:). A pool that allows you to cool down and play. Very good communication with the owner. It's a rural home, so you have to take into account that there will be insects and tiny scorpions. We are very happy with your stay. Highly recommend.

Gianna was the perfect host, I cannot fault at all. I asked her for some provisions which she happliy arranged and there was a bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival. I personally loved the location, it was very quiet and just what I wanted. You will need a car to get around. The beach/shops/market is around 10/15 mins drive. There are restaurants 5 mins away. We did a day trip to Pula to see the amphitheatre and also to Rovinj to see the 'old town'. The pool was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped we didn't need anything. It was very hot in Croatia last week, downstairs had ac and one of the bedrooms, I would have melted at night without it. I would happily go back again.

We had a wonderful stay in Meri's accommodation. She and her husband Vedran are great hosts and try very hard to ensure that you don't miss anything. You quickly feel at home and the exchange is very private, as if you have known each other for a long time. The villa is small but very nice, the completely fenced garden and the large pool were ideal for us and our dog. everything is clean and tidy. We can really recommend the accommodation.
