One week before arrival, the ID of only one guest, the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the entire group, for the entire stay) and the tourist tax will be requested. Your data is only shared with the Police and the Municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. I have a place where you can leave your luggage.

A private street door leads you into a ground floor utility area (Wash & dryer) then upstairs you enter a stunning architect-designed space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen + dining area, an elegant lounge, 2 large bedrooms with super-king beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a luxurious free-standing bath. We also have a double a comfy double sofa bed in the living room which can sleep two.

Partially renewed 2025 Away from crowd but close to everything. 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square. It is not a tourist apartment but a luxury home, 140 sq. meters. The only apartment in the entire historic center of Venice that offers together: - the lift to the floor; - the concierge service; - the vaporetto stop at 30 meters, - the supermarket 20 meters away; - ramps on all bridges in the surroundings; - breathtaking views of the Giudecca canal. It is a perfect alternative for a hotel stay in Venice. A stone's throw from Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Overlooking the Rio di Santa Marina and close to the Church of Miracles. It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.
