Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Maramureș

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans la maison d'Adi. La maison est très spacieuse, et les lits confortables. Un lit double supplémentaire, qui ne figurait pas sur l'annonce, se trouve dans une pièce ouverte à l'étage, si bien que nous avons pu dormir à 5 personnes sans problème, sans utiliser le salon du rez-de-chaussée comme chambre. Les parents d'Adi, qui habitent la maison voisine, sont très accueillants et parlent le français : quelle bonne surprise, même si nous avions essayé d'apprendre quelques mots en roumain ! Cela rendait les échanges d'autant plus faciles et enrichissants. La maison est bien placée pour visiter le Maramureș (Săpânța, Sighetu Marmatiei, Bârsana, Breb, Borșa, etc.).

O experiență de neuitat în Maramureș! Șederea noastră a fost minunată, iar Denis și familia sa au fost gazde extraordinare. Denis ne-a oferit numărul tatălui său pentru a ne îndruma la cazare, iar la sosire am găsit totul impecabil de curat. Fiind patru persoane (două cupluri), am avut două camere confortabile, iar la intrare ne aștepta o tavă cu prăjituri delicioase pregătite de mama gazdei. De Revelion, ne-a surprins cu un tort delicios, un gest foarte frumos din partea ei. A doua zi, tatăl lui Denis ne-a ajutat să facem grătar, oferindu-ne tot ce aveam nevoie. Am stat de vorbă cu părinții gazdei, oameni extraordinari, plini de povești despre Maramureș. Am petrecut un Revelion de vis și abia așteptăm să revenim vara. Recomandăm această locație pentru ospitalitate și căldură autentică!

I recently stayed at Iulia Place with my family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and provided a great base for exploring the region. Although the main attractions we visited, such as the Happy Cemetery and Bârsana Monastery, were not local, the location of Iulia Place made it easy for us to reach these amazing sites. The garden was a great space for our kids to play, and we appreciated the convenient parking right on-site. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend Iulia Place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the area. We would definitely return!

Andreea's place is an absolute gem. You will find everything you need for both a short or extended stay. The historic aspect of the building adds to the charm of the area.

There is only one word for this stay: WOW! It is off the beaten track but that is part of the appeal. A stunning rural setting in Maremures, incredibly peaceful - maybe a tractor and certainly some cows pass by but little else. Mircea and his family are very friendly and kind. The house is very traditional which just adds to the overall charm. There was a fire in the wood burner going when we arrived and a 'welcome' shot of plum brandy to drive off any other cold you might feel. Mircea is available to source eggs and cheese from neighbours if you need. We stayed for two nights, and we both had that depth of sleep that only comes from being in such peaceful place and feeling transported back into another simpler time.

Multumim lui Raul si mamei sale pentru ospitalitate. Ne-am simtit foarte bine in locatia lor, extrem de curata , confortabila , cu tot ce este necesar pentru o sedere placuta. Locatia este perfect amplasata fata de obiectivele turistice din zona , avand in apropiere multe magazine alimentare . Multumim inca o data , prima noastra excursie in Maramures a fost minunata si datorita voua !

From start to finish our stay was exceptional! they went out of their way to welcome us and the house and surroundings were simply stunning. great facilities, perfect location, modern throughout with beautiful hot tub and BBQ area. loved the ensuites in every room and AC. highly recommend, we will be back!

We had an excellent time here. We had to help our relatives while in Baia Mare so we didn't stay through the day, but returning to a clean and quiet place after a day of work was more than welcome. Everything we needed was available, everything was clean and we felt right at home. Thank you again for hosting us!

Dan's apartment was very clean. We found everything in great condition and we felt good in his apartment. It was easy to find and positioned in a quite area. I recommend Dan's apartment if you are planning to visit the area, go for skiing, off road events etc

We were very pleased with our stay in Baia Mare! The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures: modern, clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, close to the city center and the park, but in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. We had a great experience and would gladly return in the future!

The owners are soooo nice!! The apartment is super clean and very cozy with lots of cute little things which make a stay a whole experience. Felt like home.

Am avut o experienta extrem de buna. Apartamentul este situat foaarte aproape de centrul vechi, foarte bine utilat. Ne am odihnit extrem de bine si ne a placut ca era foarte foarte curat totul. Multumim pentru tot!

Totul a fost conform așteptărilor – locul curat, confortabil și exact ca în descriere. Gazda a fost foarte promptă și prietenoasă, răspunzând cu amabilitate la toate solicitările noastre. Recomand cu încredere!

Absolute stunning views. Great little extras such as coffee machine and pods to go with it - hair dryer and straighter too. Blankets for chilly evenings spent on the balcony a great touch. Great place to stay will be visiting in the future. Thank you!!

This place has all the amities that we needed for our stay. The host is friendly. The place is close to the city centre (10-15min walking). Tha place has a parking lot. Our experience here was a good one. :)
