Villa a circa 50 m dal mare. Dotata di tutti i confort, pompe di calore in ogni stanza, Wi-Fi, parcheggio. Oltre le 8 persone, disponiamo di un appartamentino con 4 posti letto livello strada compreso nella villa. A pochi km da tutte le spiaggie più belle del sud Sardegna. Faccio presente che l’energia elettrica viene pagata in loco con lettura del contatore all’arrivo e alla partenza, con un prezzo di 0,60 al kw, la biancheria si paga in loco ed e 15 euro a persona a settimana su richiesta.
