Communication with Jane was very good, she immediately answered and personally attended us in the delivery of keys,the apartment is perfect,spacious, clean,with all the utensils you need, it was not my case but there was even a high chair if you go with babies,and bathtub. It was just 3 minutes from the supermarket and 5 steps from the beach. The area is very quiet (maybe too much) but you are close to Cabo de Palos and La Manga by car. In gral a very well-equipped house

We really enjoyed the apartment and it has tremendous views of the Mar Menor with a nice sized balcony to enjoy it from. You get great sunrise and sunset views which can even be enjoyed from the living room. Being 3 bedroom there was plenty of space for the two of us and it's equipped sufficiently for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment block's well maintained with friendly residents and staff and only 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and a well stocked Spar supermarket. Its location is also peaceful and safe at night. The tennis club nearby is a lovely place to have a few evening drinks and there's 3 good local restaurants we particularly enjoyed, Chiringuito, Piccolo Mare (more for Indian food) and El Secreto. The only suggestion is a house book with information about the appliances, local transport, amenities etc, which would have been useful. It would save having to request information from the hosts directly although Nano responded promptly to us.

A very nice unit in a peaceful location. Close to the beach and a nice pedestrian boardwalk. It was a great place to kick back and relax.

The house is very nice, just as it is in the photos, it is very comfortable, the development is great, lots of green areas and the pool is wonderful, especially for our little one and the older one, the water was great and we have enjoyed a lot on the terrace, it has been a very good vacation.
