I really liked the house, the park in front. I also liked the terrace with synthetic grass and this house is the most beautiful in all of Mar del Plata

Casa Valencia seemed like a great place to stay. Excellent location. Super comfortable, with all the sercicios for a very good stay. I was spotless and Macarena is very friendly. I definitely recommend it.

The house is very comfortable. It has three air conditioning and heating units, central heating by radiators. It is suitable for cold and hot weather. It's very glazed and you can see the forest. The setting is second to none. Super quiet. Very comfortable. Some limitations in the kitchen utensils that they promised to resolve. But we definitely recommend it and will surely be back.

A great spot for extended stays in Mar De Plata. The beds are comfortable, and we were able to cook many meals at home. The walk to Playa Grande is easy and saves on taxis. Ignacio and his family are generous and responsive hosts and made our stay even better.

Excellent place, I highly recommend it. Hugo and his wife are wonderful people and anyone who comes to either of their 2 houses will feel at home but always accompanied for anything by these genius hosts. Don't hesitate to come and visit them, and you'll be delighted with their home.

Lilian’s place was amazing, we had a ton of fun and it felt just like being at home. Extremely well located, walking distance from the beach and from the restaurant and stores, the neighborhood was great. We didn’t want to leave the house, really nice BBQ place and outdoor seating + a magnificent garden. The kitchen was big and comfy and the rooms really beautifully decorated and comfortable. Lots of bathrooms made the place very convenient. Great common areas to hang out!! I will definitely try to go back to this place that exceeded our expectations!!! Thanks a lot Lilian for all your help and for being so flexible, congratulations on your amazing place!!

All the details, all, nothing is missing, the full kitchen, the bathroom 10, the stove, the barbecue, everything perfect and harmonious, nothing fails, the 100% dedicated cleanliness. All in all but everything, everything ... more than the expectation. I will definitely recharge batteries again sometime. From the booking process to checkout, communication was always quick and smooth. The house had utensils for all needs and included cooking basics and cleaning items, which other accommodations have spared. It is very nice to be able to arrive late to a place and not have to go out of emergency to buy the minimum. The house is beautiful and super comfortable. With proximity to the beach. A more than peaceful environment for a family getaway.

Everything is excellent. The house is just like the photos, very comfortable and with everything you need. Beautiful park to enjoy the outdoors, and the best I went with my dog who was able to enjoy it and was the whole property well fenced and safe.
