Monthly Rentals in Mar Chiquita Beach

We loved this space! First off the place was lovely in so many ways. It was super clean which is always my top priority but it also had some amazing amenities. The AC was powerful and cooled the entire space. The bed was extremely comfortable and had super soft sheets and pillows. The coffeemaker was fantastic and made some very solid coffee. And finally the host, Dana, was super responsive and attentive to our questions and needs. So overall a great stay and I would recommend this wonderful space and this host.

I had a wonderful 5-day stay at this beautiful home in Manatí. The location was perfect—peaceful, quiet, and just a short walk (or quick drive) to a lovely beach. One of the best parts was being able to hear and see another beach right behind the house, which made the whole experience feel even more relaxing. Magaly was an excellent host—very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with clear and thorough house rules, which made everything easy and smooth. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Puerto Rico. Would definitely stay here again!

Carlos and Lilly were great in communicating and quickly answering our questions. The unit was very clean and well stocked with an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean--and you could easily hear the waves. While we were staying here the power, unfortunately, went out for the entire island. We were lucky to have only been without power for about 18 hours when other people had to wait days. There were LED lanterns for our immediate use, which came in especially handy, and Lilly helped us with the garage, which was on a backup power supply. Even with this blip, my family's trip was great. The beach, right in front of the unit, was amazing and very private. Although you could not swim here, it was a short walk to Mar Chiquita beach, which was sheltered and had amazing water clarity. Frutos Del Guacabo, which is only about a 5 minute drive away, is a neat local farm with fresh produce (fruit and veggies) from Puerto Rico. I had the best pineapple and mamey sapote--ever--from here.

Where do I start?!? We just returned from staying here and man oh man was it everything I hoped for and more!!! We arrived late and Lilly made sure check-in was a breeze! The views and privacy is amazing. You have a private balcony with outdoor shower and deck to watch the sunset or just eat and drink coffee. We walked the beach everyday! The place was updated and very clean! Lilly was very responsive and helped with places to go and where to eat! The location is prime!! You can go to the East and be in San Juan or go to the West and be at beautiful Crash Boat Beach! Also felt very safe being in gated area with a guard at the gate (who is also just so friendly and nice) He greeted us every night when we returned from our busy days exploring the island. We had the pleasure of meeting Lilly just before our departure and she is amazing and we will definitely be returning!!! If you’re looking for a great place to stay here it is!!!
