It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Villa! The villa provided a peaceful and calming escape away from the usual hustle and bustle, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Right from the start, the experience was seamless thanks to the caretaker and host, who was incredibly kind and helpful. They ensured our check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which made a great first impression. One thoughtful gesture that really stood out was that they made sure the villa was nicely chilled before we arrived — walking into a cool, refreshing space after traveling in the heat was such a welcome touch. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained. Every corner of the space gave off a serene and cozy vibe, making it easy for us to unwind and truly enjoy our time there. A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

The property was an excellent choice — calm, peaceful, and beautifully suited for monsoon days. The exterior had a quiet charm that made simply sitting by the front and watching the rain a joy in itself. Inside, it was just as shown in the photos — clean, cozy, and comfortable. While the host wasn’t very responsive, the caretaker was truly outstanding and always willing to help. He made everything smooth and enjoyable. Just one small note: the cushion covers could use an update. Overall, a relaxing and memorable stay!

What a beautiful villa, the pictures don’t do this place justice. The vibe in that villa is something else, which can’t be explained with words. The place was an absolute bargain for the price we paid. It’s very close to the popular food/party places. The caretaker, Rasheed, is an amazing guy, who provided us with everything we needed, gave us a tour of the place, and kept the place very neat and tidy.

We had an amazing stay at Kidena House. The property is beautiful and exactly as it is shown in the pics. The staff (Tej, Nitin and Ravi) were very helpful and super accommodative. The entire staff worked with clockwork precision. Daily Cleaning was undertaken. Food served was very tasty. The swimming pool and the water body add their own charm to the property. We would strongly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Artemis.Vasuji is a perfect host who has maintained the place very well and is well responsive to the guests for any guidance/assistance.The 2 BHK is very well equipped with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. There is an inverter backup in case of power failure.The decor is artful and very elegant.the surroundings are very peaceful and the society has a well maintained pool as well which the guests can use.All in all , it’s a home away from home.

The fact that they have a lift inside this beautiful villa is one of the best part for me since my parents who are senior citizens could enjoy staying on the top floor without the stress of climbing stairs - So a Big Thank You for making this villa elderly and kid friendly. Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Such an amazing and beautiful place. We went there with our dog and such comfortable stay it was. Security staff is also really friendly at this property. This place is really clean, pretty much all the amenities and really big hall and balcony to just relax and chill. A lot of cafés and restaurants are nearby. Some of the good beaches are also 20mins drive away. Worth the stay. Thank you so much for hosting us.

A beautiful blend of antique charm, heritage and modern comforts. The private pool and garden are serene- perfect for unwinding! The caretaker couple were absolute gem :) It's a pet friendly property- my dog Tyson had a great time running around and lounging by the pool.
