Monthly Rentals in Manzanita

Heidi's place was wonderful and tucked away for peaceful relaxation. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The townhouse has lots of amenities such as bikes, games and movies to use which was really nice. The kitchen is very well stocked and Heidi is very responsive to any needs we had. Our family trip was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again. The only advice I would give is getting a tankless water heater so you never run out of hot water for the showers as we did unfortunately run out several times. We just staggered the shower times more which made it better and Heidi sent someone to check the water heater and the thermostat had been lowered so they raised it up which gave us more hot water. Also the king size bed was a bit too firm for us so I suspect it may be more comfortable for those that don't like it that firm to have an egg crate topper or mattress pad topper that is softer. I wish we could have stayed longer

Spent the weekend here with two dear friends and would return! We loved the open layout, so we could chat while cooking. We loved the walkability - we walked into town and down to the beach multiple times. We spent both evenings in front of the fireplace, which was such a fun treat. The cabin is as Deb describes, rustic and not updated, but that made it feel like someone's family cabin and we loved that. Thank you, Deb! The only note is to follow Deb's driving directions and don't trust GoogleMaps which will try to take you the other direction down 3rd Street!!

Okay! I travel for work and play alllll the time, this house was PERFECTION, we highly recommend! Honestly, I wish all vacation rentals took a page from this book, beyond clean, no clutter, fully stocked, you cannot beat the location (you should add travel outside of manzanita to Cannon Beach if you have the time), the most comfy couch/living area, tons of extra soft throw blankets, keypad entry so no trouble there, plenty of parking, comfortable fire pit/s’more making spot, I can go on. We will be back!!!

Our stay at Cole’s A Frame was fantastic. The house is amazing, location is fantastic and Cole is a great host. Would highly recommend and we plan to visit again!
