The house is spacious, the rooms are spacious as well as the living room and dining room, easy access, it is very close to the pool which is incredible, the clubhouse is clean and cool, the second floor terrace is comfortable and the coto quiet. It only needs maintenance, the living room, some walls and curtains are spotted and broken, the pillows are quite uncomfortable. The host is friendly but uncommunicative upon arrival and departure. This was our second time staying at an Airbnb and both hosts have been very nice. Laura gave us very clear check in instructions, backed with photos. A few days into our vacation, we accidentally locked ourselves out and she quickly sent help. She made us feel at home, and we look forward to renting from her again in the future.

I do not see it problem but the location if it is to stay there and not leave the hotel zone, the roads are small and cobbled, that in a low sedan car if it makes it lazy to go out to the city, there is very little available in UberEats for that area but Rappi if he has more selection. Luckily as I comment, you really don't need to go out, you have everything on hand, the best views, the best restaurants and good beaches. The loft is very nice and very comfortable, it has everything you need for kitchen, bath towels, shampoo, soap, it's like a hotel experience. The parking spaces are somewhat small, try to choose one that is independent, in the days that I was there stuck a door on my car quite strong and I remain dented.

The place is comfortable, I loved the bed and pillows, you can sleep very well and you could also fall asleep on the couch without problems. We were looking for a nice place to rest and it was perfect. There is no food service within the subdivision but we went out to different places that we had previously visited and the food is still just as delicious. The only detail I could find is that you can't go into the beach because the sand is very black and the waves were a bit strong (you can go in but it's at your own risk) even so the pools of the beach club and those in the villas are super good and the water is at a perfect temperature.

We really liked the view from the apartment, the place where it is is very quiet, there is access to Las Hadas beach, there is parking inside the condominium, and they help you transport your luggage in a cart, there is also a restaurant in the condominium in case you do not want to cook and other restaurants on the way to Las Hadas. I recommend this place

Christian’s place was definitely one of the best places I have stayed in Mexico. The place was impeccable and everything as described and more. Each bedroom even has its owner full bathroom. We will definitely stay again!

Carlos is an excellent host! He was always very friendly and answered messages quickly. Your Airbnb is beautiful, the air conditioners in the rooms are a plus in the summer season to sleep more comfortably. His house is very spacious, perfect for playing board games or chatting with friends and family. The pool was relatively well maintained and very spacious. The area is safe and private, close to the beach, which also makes it a perfect location to enjoy a trip on the coast.
