We had a very good experience, Galo was always attentive to know if everything was okay, it was easy to check in and out. The comforts of the house met the necessary, resting place, kitchen equipment, space to share with friends/family and we were close to walking to several bars and restaurants.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Great location, close to everything , comfort as described. Apartment first floor by staircase, with 2 comfortable bedrooms, living room with.mesa and chair bed, kitchenette and a bathroom. Very bright. Martin is always attentive to our questions. Highly recommended!!!

John and his team were great! Herman actually took care of us and he was amazing! Very professional and went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible ! He was helpful in all aspects! The house is absolutely beautiful!! The rooftop pool and the Argentinian grill really made our time in Argentina very very special, the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were fabulous! The house has two half-baths in the common areas. Truly a special house and a special host. The location is also perfect! Right in the middle of the Palermo district, lots of bars and restaurants and excellent coffee shops! Thank you Hernan!

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

guillermo's house is as shown in the photos, it is very spacious and pleasant, it has many bedrooms and 3 with private bathrooms. There are many bathrooms in the house. The garden area is very much enjoyed with the pool, the gallery and the trees. We had a wonderful time with the family, we rest a lot. The place is safe, quiet and the neighborhood is beautiful for walking or cycling. It has leafy vegetation which makes it very pleasant. I will miss that good energy that nature gives. Guillermo was attentive at all times we need him and he was quick to respond to our call even though he was on his vacation. he is very nice and helpful. thank you very much Guillermo. We'll be back!!!

Everything was perfect!! The house is very comfortable, Alex is always attentive, and above all the internet is very fast (it has fiber optic). 5 stars for everything⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This house was perfect for our family. Each one of our four kids had a bathroom designated for their family. The dining table is bigger than what it looks like in the photos. There are lots of stairs so you just need to be sure that you are able to go up and down. We had a great time. Perfect house for big groups!

The home is beautiful and very new. It has all the comforts offered and Carlos was very hospitable. He personally attended us and had no problem coming early for our departure. Very satisfied! I'll definitely be back.

I had an amazing stay at this two level loft in Colegiales. The space was well decorated, clean and with all the necessary kitchen tools. The neighborhood was fantastic with plenty of grocery stores and trendy restaurants a short walk away. Thank you for the hospitality!

The house is divine!!! Very large and comfortable, spacious environments, very large patio and pool, all in general excellent and very comfortable. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the house, the patio and the pool as a family and had a wonderful time. The house is just like the photos and description and I thank Federico and his wife for their warmth, kindness and predisposition. It really is a divine house and we loved staying there with my family. We did not have any inconvenience. The area is very quiet. I will recommend this accommodation and if I have a chance I will come back.

I spent very little time at the place. Federico is great at hosting. It is a place that is perfect if you plan to travel early and want to be close to the airport. I think the relationship with the price is adequate.

Fransisco’s place is a true reflection of the spirit of Buenos Aires. Artsy, urban and beautiful. A true porteno house. Probably one of the best places I’ve ever been to on Airbnb and Fransisco is a gem, super friendly, eager to help and assist, he gives you the feeling that you’re truly his guest and not just another customer. His flexibility on our trip will be always appreciated as he adjusted his schedule for our earlier arrival and we couldn’t recommend him enough. Thank you for everything Fran!

Marcelo was an incredible host! He made everything so easy, especially with check-in. He was super flexible and proactive, which I really appreciated. On top of that, his recommendations were fantastic and added so much to the trip. He genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. The apartment itself was lovely. The balcony was a great spot to relax, and everything was spotless and well taken care of. You can tell Marcelo puts a lot of effort into it. And the location is the best in all of Palermo. Very central! I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed 2 nights with my husband and young son. The apartment is very comfortable and well located. Well equipped for a short stay. Everything is perfect. The only thing is that the balcony is very unsafe for children, but the host did not let us know as soon as we arrived at the apartment so we were careful. I would definitely book it again.

Spacious and roomy. Few pieces of furniture, which I love. It had what was necessary. We couldn't take advantage of the pool because of the weather, but it looked clean and nice. The bed in the suite was super comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful. The shower was plentiful and relaxing. The kitchen is super spacious and the armchairs are comfortable, ideal for relaxing. The lawn was well cut. Everything was beautiful and the host's attention was impeccable. We had a beautiful family weekend.
