Great location, close to everything , comfort as described. Apartment first floor by staircase, with 2 comfortable bedrooms, living room with.mesa and chair bed, kitchenette and a bathroom. Very bright. Martin is always attentive to our questions. Highly recommended!!!

The house is in excellent condition, well located and has all the amenities to enjoy. The host was always attentive and provided complete information about the house. In addition, he was flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which allowed us to organise ourselves better.

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups as well as being very well located and has everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and welcomed us to check in, and we even arranged a late check out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

Our stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Checkin was super smooth and quick. Bianca was wonderful! She provided clear instructions, was very friendly and super responsive whenever I reached out with questions. She also helped coordinate transportation for me which was incredibly helpful since finding a larger sized vehicle can be difficult in Buenos Aires. The location of the apartment is super walkable to great shops, restaurants and bars. There’s so much to do in the area. We also felt very safe during our stay. The 24 hour security is great! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

If you’re thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, don’t think. Buy the ticket. Come. Stay here. I’m so serious. You’re two blocks away from uptown bar which is sick, las cabras which has phenomenal asado, and super safe neighborhood. Can uber anywhere for less than $10. Book the trip, the only thing you’ll regret is leaving

Staying in that rural area of Cologne is always a relaxing, beautiful experience. Martin was very kind at all times. Very understanding (we arrived at 3 am) and generous as we were able to stay until the departure of our boat. The vineyard house is cozy and comfortable although it lacks some details and some maintenance. The park is divine and the cheeses, bread and candy are excellent.

The managers were super attentive and were always aware of our needs. Quiet and very good location. Highly recommended

Excellent unit in a beautiful part of the northern suburb. Plenty to do! Loved the area and the place itself. Clean, new and fully equipped. Host was extremely accommodating and gracious. Would definitely recommend !!

We really enjoyed our stay and Agustin couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was lovely and spread over three floors, which was very quirky.

Alan's Airbnb experience was very good. The apartment is nice, spacious and comfortable. It is very well equipped and everything works according to the description. The jacuzzi is very good. Alan responded quickly and effectively to any questions or queries.

It was really excellent. Laura was waiting for us to give us the key personally, she also welcomed us with exquisite courtesy jams. Also given our lack of knowledge to handle the TV device, immediately José, her husband, was present and explained the operation. Very comfortable place

The apartment is great, super clean and organized, good quality furniture, a great balcony to sit and breathe, all in a well-located and very quiet neighborhood. The owner is also very helpful and came to help us when, as tourists, we didn't know how things worked in Argentina. It was an amazing stay and we recommend Airbnb to anyone who wants to travel without major worries.

I agree with the positive comments about this accommodation. Dreamy sunsets on the balcony, super cute. Everything working properly, good cleaning and friendly service from the hosts. There are very enjoyable amenities and the restaurant on the ground floor has tasty options. The car is very convenient for getting around. In 5 minutes you are in the center with everything you may need. Being on the boulevard, you have the positive view, just across the street you have the beach and a divine walk, the negative can be the noise of the motorcycles, for me, haha. This accommodation is great. We'll be back!! 😊
