Beautiful house in the best area of the city!

Luxury house inside a private citadel. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower, plus a full outdoor bathroom and a social bathroom. We have a swimming pool and private BBQ area, there is also a communal swimming pool in the complex. Only 7 minutes from Murciélago Beach, Mall del Pacífico and San Mateo Beach, and 1 minute from La Quadra and its exclusive shops. Ideal for families or groups looking for comfort, privacy and proximity to the best of the city. 🏖️🏡

Beautiful family house for holidays

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place to stay. Includes wifi, 65 ”TCL TV, washing machine, recreational green area, and excellent private parking for two vehicles. Beach access from the residential complex... Currently, there is no access to the Beach Club:Pool or to the beach from the residential complex! That area is under maintenance!!

An inviting private jacuzzi is situated in a garden area, surrounded by stone walls and greenery. Modern outdoor seating and a dining table are visible nearby, connected by a pathway of wooden planks and lush artificial grass.
