Located 1.7 km from the village and about 14 km from La Flèche, 36 km from Le Mans. Our accommodation can accommodate 5 people. -1 large bedroom of about 25 m² with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. (possibility of putting a baby bed), in the living space a sofa bed for 2 people. Kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, refrigerator. - shower room, dry toilet.

It is in the extension of the main house, a historic 18th century residence. The 9000 m2 wooded park is available to visitors. Very quiet neighborhood at the entrance to the village next to a 15th century chapel.

In the left part of our farmhouse in the countryside on large wooded grounds, accommodation comprising a living room, a kitchen with table on the ground floor for 5. A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside. Studio at the La Motte Castrale farm

Suite au départ des enfants, nous avons deux chambres disponibles à l'étage de notre maison. Le studio dispose d'une première chambre avec un lit de 140, un coin repas et un coin tv. La deuxième chambre dispose d'un lit 140, d'un de 90 et d'un lit bébé LES DRAPS NE SONT PAS FOURNIS LE POINT D'EAU POUR FAIRE LA VAISSELLE DANS LA SALLE DE BAIN Il y a un accès Wi-Fi dans le logement. Nous fournissons les serviettes de bain et les torchons.

Appartement T2 avec cour privative dans petit immeuble de caractère. Situé en plein centre du lude, à quelques pas de tous les commerces. Stationnement gratuit à proximité. L'appartement est en RDC et est en partie aménagé pour l'accessibilité fauteuil avec accompagnateur (portes 80 cm, espaces de manœuvrent, WC surélevé, barre et siège de douche. espace sous points d'eau, interrupteurs et prises électrique à hauteur...)
