This 3 level spacious lodge sleeps 16! It has a built-in covered hot tub, pool, outdoor grill and patio, large deck and 7 acres of private land to enjoy! This lodge has everything you need for a long getaway! Large kitchen and communal spaces for family hangouts. The 1st level has 2 standing arcade games (NFL blitz & Mortal Combat), a bar, large smart tv, miniature ping pong and laundry room. Each level has its own full bathroom. The middle level bathroom has a jet tub! Near Mohican State Park!

You’ll have dining and shopping options nearby, a short trip to: Snow Trails, Reformatory, fairgrounds , historic carousel, city parks, & Mid-Ohio Speedway. Pets welcome with fee. There is ramp access to the front door for 1st floor BR and bathroom access. We acquired this house due to needing an office space in town. Other than the one locked room used for that, you’ll have use of the rest of the 1st & 2nd floors.

The main living area is open and has lots of space to spead out with a private entrance elevator. We added a game table or could be used for small dining. The dining area seats 8 comfortably and there is also a den with a 65" TV. The beautiful open kitchen is fully stocked and features a walk-in pantry.
