Located a short stroll from the Main Street of Mansfield Anstee historic Cottage was one of the first homes built in Mansfield circa 1885. It has been fully renovated and beautifully restored into a 2 bedroom luxury Victorian period cottage with your own entrance, veranda & front garden. Set back in a established gardens with scented roses outside your bedroom windows for you to enjoy. A new house has been built at the back of the cottage which is connected by a locked door where I live.

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm is a place to switch off and reconnect with nature. It sits on 160 rolling acres and is surrounded by a 5000 acre working farm. It is an off grid restored shearer's hut with a separate bathroom/toilet and outdoor kitchen. USB charging is available. The Studiolux is part of the main home where my husband and I live but is a completely separate and private space for our guests. It has it's own private entrance and car park. We have included all the things you will need to make your stay a home away from home. It also has a kitchen with Induction cook top, toaster and microwave. Tea, coffee, fresh milk, cereals, fruit and bread for toast are provided. There is a table for dining and a BBQ for guests to use in the outside undercover area.

We are a dog friendly host (unfortunately we have decided to not host cats) We are perfectly situated between Mansfield and Benalla. Mountainbiking and bushwalking, right at the doorstep or explore the wider area. 2km from Lake Nillahcootie. 50min from the base of Mt Buller. Benalla and Winton Raceway are 25 and 30mins away.
