Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Relax in this quiet and elegant farmhouse located in the Perche region, 100 km from Paris and 8 km from La Loupe train station (Montparnasse train station connection in 1 hour 20 minutes). The state forests, horses and surrounding Percheron villages complete the picture of a successful and soothing stay. P.S.: The village is quiet and peaceful, so the Longère is not a place to organize parties, just a friendly place of tranquility.

Pekin ducks, Coucou, Rhode Island Red, Gaulloise, Naked Neck, Sussex chickens... Our Border Collie Rox and our two cats can also visit you if you like. Animal lovers, we accept yours of course.
