Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Manisa Merkez

I am staying at Mr. Erol's place for the second time. Two friends stayed here before, now I wanted to stay here with my wife. The reason I prefer this place again is the reliability and hospitality of Mr. Erol, beyond the location and view. You can find beautiful views elsewhere, but you can't find a loving host. Everything was sufficiently clean. Even the cats are peaceful. This is a place where we are happy. I hope that in the future, we will all be vigorous, cultured, self-improving, and respectful individuals like Mr. Erol. There is a lot to learn from cats. We thank him very much for hosting us and for all our conversations.

I can't say enough good things about this beautiful place! The house itself is very clean and comfortable. It is set within a private gate shared with the hosts (who live next door) that feels safe and secure. The yard is full of gorgeous plants and flowers! It is obviously well cared for. The pool was sparkling clean and a great treat at the end of a long walking day. The hosts, Bekir and Delphine were delightful! They greeted us when we arrived to show us around the property. They were always available for any questions or needs. We had a very early departure on check out day and they got up to say goodbye to us and see us out! They have thought of everything and this place is amazing! If you're lucky enough that it's available for your stay, book it!!

Amazing, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped place in the historical center of Izmir, with very kind and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time enjoying breakfasts on the terrace, surrounded by nature and birdsong, with all the main attractions, local restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. The Turkish bath is a fantastic bonus on top of it all. Just a heads-up for taller guests: watch your head at the doorways!:)

Resat's place was absolutely beautiful. The furnishings were of high quality. Everything very clean, you felt immediately welcome and at home! Resat is a great, accommodating and outstanding host who rents out his house with all his heart. In the area you also felt right at home, the city and surroundings are magnificent! We will be very, very happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment!!!

Mrs. Belma and her mother, Mrs. Rabia, were very friendly and hospitable. They hosted us as if we were guests at the house of an acquaintance. The house is ideal for 2-3 people, not too big, but everything that may be needed for a comfortable stay has been considered. The cleanliness of the house was very good. Care has also been taken to use natural and environmentally friendly products for cleaning and bathroom products at home. The house has a very pleasant garden, you can enjoy every hour of the day under the trees. The internet was smooth for remote work or online calls. It is 3-4 minutes away from the art street. Public transportation passes a little further from the house for access to the pier side. We were very comfortable at home during our stay, we thank Ms. Belma and her mother Ms. Rabia very much. If we come back to Urla, we have an address to stay.

The house is quiet, calm in the olive grove, very nice to relax. We had no problems at check-in and after. Since we only came during the winter season, there was a bit of a nuisance in the hot water because it heats up with solar energy. Dear Alexis, thank you for your hospitality.

The place is excellent and very comfortable, halil is a magnificent host and very attentive helped us at all times and I always care because we were comfortable 10/10.

TOP Airbnb. Modern, comfortable with AC in all rooms. The Building has new modern interior with elevator. Very clean and well organized. The host is extremely kind and assists with bags, checkin, helping to the parking spot which is less than 50m away and very convenient. Perfect airbnb for families. Short walk just 1 block to the promenade and tourist area. Many restaurants and cafes right downstairs. Very quiet even with this great location. We had a very comfortable stay here. It is a great location, very close to the water and restaurants, as well as provides a good home base to explore other cities and sights. Metin was very responsive and very helpful. We got in about 2am to check in and he helped us out. We highly recommend his place.

Great accomodation. Very good location. Clean and tidy and everything we needed. Easy to access restaurants, the clock tower- where a lot of tours begin. We were even asked what we like to drink and Sadik got us some decaf coffee!!

Melek’s apartment is a well lived in Airbnb, with amenities and even a stacked fridge included. The host is undoubtly an excellent one, she is communicative and friendly. When I had an issue with losing the key, she cancelled an appointment to make time to let me back in. I’m very thankful for this and for having me!

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

The house was as described, very close to the center, 10 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot to the marina. The host was flexible about check-in. Everything was available at home for the need. Clean and useful. We spent 4 days very comfortably with 2 children. Thank you

Very nice, spacious, well decorated apartment; walkable to everything; tons of restaurants nearby. Nice promenade to stroll in the beautiful summer evenings. Taxi stand across the street. Very helpful host, quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

I had a hard time finding the location of the house due to the rain on the first day, but my host came by taxi and picked us up. He was so sweet and sincere. Thank you very much to my host. The house is clean, just as seen in the pictures. There were even jams and treats they made at home. This is not a situation I always encounter. It made us very happy. I am a very meticulous person, I cannot stay anywhere. This house really felt like my own home. A sparkling house. I drank my Turkish coffee on my balcony in the morning. Peaceful environment. It is within walking distance to Şişman's place restaurant. We were in constant contact with my host's son Giannis, he always helped us and gave us advice. They let us enter the house because we got off the ferry early on the first day. He said we could leave late on the last day. That was really nice and kind of him. I thank them again and again. From now on, if I go to Lesbos again, I will stay in this house without thinking. My wife and daughter were very comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this house to everyone. Thank you.

Our lovely host was incredibly friendly , and very thoughtful about our stay being easy and nice. Everything was thought out in the house, there were nice treats, amenities and surprises that would not miss the comfort of the hotel, we thank him in the heart, we had a very nice and comfortable holiday thanks to the family.
