It is quiet and serene and yet within walking distance to a lively cafe which serves excellent meals. It is 15 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the lovely town of Caldas da Rainha.

The beach is located in a 3 min drive, while Sintra historic center is reachable in a 12 min drive. Lisbon airport is located in a 35 min drive. The property was fully renovated, opening on May 2023
