We had an amazing two-day stay at this Airbnb in Makati City - definitely one of the best experiences me and my family have had. The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all six of us. It truly felt like a home away from home. One minor thing we wished for was a bigger cookware since we cooked a few meals, but everything else was spot on. We’re also very grateful for the host’s flexibility during checkout - we ended up oversleeping (that’s how comfy the place was!) and they were kind enough to adjust. Highly recommended for families looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in the city! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my second time staying at Veronica's place and I can definitely recommend them whenever youre staying in or around Eastwood. The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. They always make sure to respond on time whenever you have any questions or concerns and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you'll need to have a enjoyable time at their unit. Really wonderful studio apartment. The space is small but designed in a way that feels cozy, not cramped. Hosts were communicative. It had all the amenities you would need for longer stays. There was a little bit of noise you could hear from a club on the street at night but it didn’t get in the way of sleep. The next time I travel to Makati I will definitely stay here!

Loved the furniture and layout of Mai's space as it made us feel right at home. It was on a low floor so the time spent in the elevator was never too long. Beautiful, unobstructed views of the city skyline from the balcony. If you're looking for a homey space - this is the place to be!

Grace was very responsive right from the booking process all the way to check in and during the stay. She’s very professional and honest. Her place is very clean and all the things that you might need during the stay are very well provided. The building management too are very nice and very helpful. They are also very polite and have helped us in any way that they can. If given the chance, I will booked this place again in my future booking needs.

As it is, Aprelle’s place is already as ideal as it gets. But considering the price you pay, it really is unbeatable. I won’t think twice about booking the place again. I highly recommend it. The location is just perfect as it is super close to everything. But it is peaceful and quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. Chona, the caretaker is a gem. She was extremely helpful and went through all the details about the property when she welcomed me at check in. Aprelle’s is incredibly responsive. Even got a reply from her in the late hour that I booked. She was also quite accommodating with an early check in and late check out. You could tell through the personal touches and finer details in the property that she put a lot of attention in making the place feel like home. Book this place when you visit Makati. You will not be disappointed.

I've stayed multiple times, and next time I'm back in Manila, I will look to stay again at one of Mark's places. He and his team make the stay seamless as possible. The condo is a great little space with every that is needed for a stay. The place is clean and tidy. The area is also convenient, with lots of malls, restaurants and night-life close by.

Check in was a breeze! The place looked bigger in photos, but the place is indeed big. It is roomy and the windows make it cozy. I thought there was no heater at first but turned out it was beneath the sink. The bathroom lights could be brighter, maybe a translucent or plain shower curtain might make it better lit. There is a bidet, thankfully! But the water pressure is really weak - debatable if sufficient water pressure. The shower has rainshower head and telephone head. There are pots and pans and rice cooker but they are big like for a family of 4 to 6. The ref was plugged in and switched on, and there was a bag of ice in the freezer which was a nice surprise. Oh the best part for me was I didn’t realize it was a condotel! So I got help bringing my stuff to the room. There’s a Lawson at the ground floor. Parking was spacious, but additional payment. Only for 1 too but there is parking along Roxas Blvd service road. This is walkimg distance to Aliw Theater. Nice!

This was not the original unit we booked. The original unit had some issues and we got bumped to this unit. We would've loved to try the original one we booked since per the host, it's their new unit but this one is also really good. We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It's got great view, very easy ro get in! lots of greast restos especially at night!!

Chris’s condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was great as we were able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants etc. There is a park across the road with a playground and lots of cute dogs (in the morning and afternoon). My family enjoyed the pool on level 7 too! If you’re in Makati and you want a condo in a convenient location, this is what you’re looking for. Thanks again Chris!

Perfect spot for a couple’s getaway! The place felt cozy and romantic, with a comfy bed, relaxing vibe, and city lights view at night. We loved watching movies and playing games together. The location in Poblacion made it easy to explore restaurants and bars. The infinity pool was a sweet bonus. We’d love to come back!

Back in Makati for work and chose this unit again. Spotless, well managed, and the location is ideal especially for early flights out of NAIA. Whatever smell issues were mentioned before seem resolved and didn’t experience anything like that. Great host, great value.

A steal deal! What you see is what you get as posted in the photos. The unit was spotless and smelt so clean upon our entry, well equipped and all listed facilities / equipment are in good working condition. My son loved the soft beanbag. Added bonus, Melody and Ronald are super great hosts, highly responsive and helpful, includes free wifi access, mineral water, kitchen / dining utensils , and toiletries with a generous amount of fresh towels. The building’s entry formalities included filling out a few pages of forms by hand which I found quite redundant (however still a common practice here in PH with most establishments to be left back of the digital age). Exit formalities was definitely a lot more simpler! :)

We stayed at Love Lourdes Villa with our big family and had a really comfortable experience. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It had a relaxed, welcoming feel, and the location made it easy to get to nearby shops, restaurants, and other essentials. Everything we needed was available, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. The setup worked well for a larger group, and we had plenty of space to unwind. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families or groups looking for a well-located and comfortable place to stay!

From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The space was not only spotlessly clean and beautifully designed, but also felt incredibly welcoming and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail,big and small, showed the host’s genuine care and commitment to providing an excellent guest experience. Communication was prompt, clear, and warm. We truly felt at home, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. This wasn’t just a place to stay, it was the highlight of my trip.

A great place for a fair price. I really enjoyed the amenities especially the sauna which you can rarely find in this type of accommodation.

Thina is such a great host, she is very responsive at all times, she makes sure to address your concerns/questions. Her place is so lovely and clean. Some of the items are old and suggest to replace/remove stain if still possible as it’s not appealing to use like the microwave, Thina was so kind to respond immediately and ensured that microwave is clean, but we just decided not to use the microwave as it has old yellow stains already. We just did not like the building policy that anyone who needs to go up and stay for a few hours still needs to pay Php250 per head, we had an event and needed for hair and makeup artists to go up just for 2hrs but still needed to reg and settle Php250 per head. Also if you have visitors, that will visit you just for few hours, be prepared for the “registration fee” of the bldg that doesn’t make any sense. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Thina’s unit, it’s just that we did not like the bldg policy about reg fee and fees for using amenities.

I'm so glad to have spent my birthday celebration here! It's just how it was advertised and the view was even better! There's enough space for everyone and the furniture is Asian-inspired, indeed Melissa's team were professional throughout our stay! Thank you for the service!
