Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Manila Bay

Firstly, Giboy was very responsive and very friendly. He already laid out all the house rules, proper directions to the place, and other important details. Secondly, checkin communications with Louise was also helpful. Upon arrival to the place, we are very grateful to kuya Jaime, he was very friendly and hospitable. During our stay, he was very helpful and accommodating. Overall, we were able to celebrate my daughter's birthday happily. Highly recommended place. Thank you Giboy, Louise and Kuya Jaime! Amazing experience and the care taker is no nice and the place is absolutely recommendable.

The place is very beautiful! All amenities in the listing were provided. The place was very clean as well! The caretakers of the home were very responsive. Additionally , the address provided is accurate so we were able to arrive at the destination without any hassle. The wifi is fast even though there are multiple gadgets connected. Also, water flow is strong. However, one improvement might be the electricity. Sometimes, it fluctuates. I believe the caretakers mentioned that they are using solar power also, which is good, but maybe some workaround is good. The fluctuation is unnoticeable at times but happens several times a day. As recommendations, hoping that the mic gets fixed so we get a higher score haha! Also, if possible that the jacuzzi will have heater. Overall, the place is still 5 stars!

The owners, Thomas and Rita, warmly welcomed us to their beautiful home and property. April, on of their co-host, was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We loved their place, which is very clean, peaceful and has a huge grounds for a lot of things to do e.g. short trek, exercise, swim, etc. My daughter spent whole afternoon just seating in the veranda, reading and listening to the sound of different animals esp the birds. We were able to do guava and cashew picking as well with Rita’a permission :) She even gave us some bananas from their harvest (which was very sweet and tasty!). We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back again!

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

Very nice and relaxing place. Good location in the middle of a forest. No phone signal but they have wifi for guests. Only complain was the electric power seems underpowered.

Had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location was ideal, nestled in a lively neighborhood with easy access to malls and public transportation. The apartment itself was immaculate, with tasteful decor that created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped. The host went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any inquiries. One highlight was the stunning view from the balcony, offering a picturesque glimpse of the city skyline. The bed was comfortable, and the entire space felt like a home away from home. I stayed at Ms Irene's BNB with a friend for Jhope's concert in MOA Arena last weekend. Her BNB was clean and as advertised. Shore 3 Tower 2 Guards were helpful and respectful. The unit was easy to locate and if you dont want to walk to MOA there are tuktuks and jeepneys going to MOA at PEA Road. Very accessible and sulit for concert goers like me whondoesnt want to be stuck in traffic and get rest after an awesome event.. Thanks Ms Irene.

The owner was very kind. Even though we arrived early, she arranged for us to check in. We stayed with our family of three and all of us had a comfortable 10 days.

I randomly checked out this accommodation and asked Paulo all the questions I had, which he answered very promptly. We were looking for a place away from buildings and vehicles, and this one was exactly what we were looking for! Just expect a 15-20 minute trek—there’s a caretaker who will guide you. When we arrived, it was raining, so be careful as the path can get slippery. But once you reach the place, it’s so beautiful. Overall, our stay was private, and both the host and the caretaker were very accommodating. The signal is intermittent, but that’s to be expected given the location. Tip: You may ask the caretaker to buy things you need, but be sure to maximize the effort he’s putting in, as it’s difficult to go back and forth. And of course, tipping is key! We’ll definitely go back! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The rooms were spacious, the pool was well-maintained, and the resort offered a peaceful retreat just an hour + from Manila. Ms. Chloey, our fantastic host, recommended a reliable caterer and an extra room, which was a great idea. She was responsive and made the entire process seamless. She even took the time to visit us during our stay to greet us and ensure everything was to our satisfaction. lPlace: Very relaxing with a wonderful ambiance. The cabin is fully equipped with toiletries and has its own toilet and bath (with a heater!). We have tried other cabins and farm stays, but this one truly stood out. Service: The owner warmly welcomed us and gave us a tour of the farm. The owner and staff are very accommodating and cheerful! Food: They have an indoor restaurant! Be sure to try their bulalo and special dessert. They also provided generous servings for breakfast. The dining area was very relaxing, making for a slow and enjoyable morning! Note: The cabin was a bit dusty, possibly due to the linens. They provided bath towels, but they shed a little (likely because they’re new) Overall, our experience was very good and relaxing! It’s a great place to escape the city. A definite go-to destination!

We had a lovely stay! I know it was supposed to be CLAYGO, but the caretaker told us to just rest and leave the dishes behind as she will do it herself. The binakol was also superb! ❤️ Ms. Joan also allowed us to extend for a few more hours which was highly appreciated since some of us arrived at the place around 2am. Will definitely go back and experience the cold weather again (we didn’t even turn on the electric fans!) Highly recommended!

Admin is friendly and responsive on our queries. The cabin is clean, homey, peaceful and aesthetic. Medyo mainit lang sa taas ng loft during the day pero sa gabi sobrang lamig naman. Mura na for its price na good for 16 pax :)kumpleto na lahat sa gamit kumot, towels, kitchen utensils, ref, microwave, electric kettle, also may kasama na libre kahoy for the fire pit. The cabin has its own mini pool but you can use also the public pool which is bigger for free. mababait din ang mga admin at caretaker they let us pick some fresh mangos for free. I will recommend this place

My friends and I had a great time staying at the Sylvan. The caretaker, Kuya Jeff was extremely helpful and proactive, he helped us tidy up, buy things from the sari sari store nearby and answered all our questions throughout our stay. The house itself was very clean and comfortable, easily accommodating our whole group with lots of space to roam around to relax and unwind. We especially appreciated the outdoor spaces like the kitchen/pool area and the balcony area as well. We really enjoyed our stay here overall and would definitely recommend the place for anyone looking for a cozy staycation near Tagaytay.
