Το σπίτι είναι στην αρχή του μικρού και γραφικού χωριού που λέγεται Μακρυχώρι! Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 6 άτομα, διαθέτει εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα όπου ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να ετοιμάσει το γεύμα του.Το σπίτι έχει εκπληκτική θέα και η γύρω περιοχή είναι καταπράσινη.Η απόσταση από την κοντινότερη παραλία είναι 20 λεπτά,στα 2 χιλιόμετρα υπάρχει ο καταρράκτης "Μανηκιατης" όπου ενδείκνυται για μπάνιο και ορειβασία, ακόμη στο χωριό υπάρχουν διαδρομές για πεζοπορία και ένα όμορφο ταβερνάκι για χαλάρωση!

H Πετροθέα είναι διώροφη κατοικία 100τ.μ. στο χωριό Βρύση Εύβοιας, με θέα τα πανέμορφα βράχια της Κούπα/Μπουγάζι και το εκκλησάκι της Δραγονέρας. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο μιας περιοχής με δυνατότητες για πολλές εξορμήσεις και δραστηριότητες στη φύση. Αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ενιαίο σαλόνι-κουζίνα, 2 μπάνια και βεράντες. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, smart TV, WiFi, σόμπα Pellet και θερμοπομπούς για το χειμώνα, air condition και ανεμιστήρες για το καλοκαίρι. Φιλοξενεί άνετα 6 άτομα.

It is located next to the dimmer cafe, and close to all the shops and ATMs that cover the needs of guests. It is a 15 minute drive from the climbing fields of Manikia, and Kymi Beach. It is fully equipped with household equipment and appliances, WIFI, washing machine and air condition. Accommodates up to 4 people, having 2 master bedrooms with 1 double bed each.

In an area with 5km privacy from Kymi is a suggestion to get to know the beauties of the area and for escape from everyday life. The last 200m is a passable dirt road.
